Calculated posture
Tenka calculates the average of each quadrant and crosses the pairs. The strongest crossing defines the posture: Strengths×Opportunities = Development; Strengths×Threats = Maintenance; Weaknesses×Opportunities = Growth; Weaknesses×Threats = Survival.
What to do with the posture
Development = grow/invest. Maintenance = defend position. Growth = fix weaknesses to seize opportunities. Survival = preserve cash and reposition.
