Synchronization
A synchronized company is one where strategy, management and operations speak the same language. This panel measures that with what ACTUALLY exists in the system — no self-assessment.

What it's for
Showing, on one screen, which pieces of management are alive and which are empty: 3 levels (strategic, tactical, operational) × 4 pillars = 12 pieces. Each empty piece is a direct link to the screen that fixes it.
Rules
Why "by evidence"
Self-declared maturity diagnostics always give too high a score. Here each cell looks for a real record — a current plan, a registered goal, a published SOP, a completed ritual, a defined role. If the record exists, it lights up; if not, it points the way.
The maturity scale
8 questions per macro-process answered automatically (10 = yes, 5 = partial, 1 = no; maximum 80): does it have an owner? is it detailed? does it reach the activity level? does it have an objective? are the areas mapped? is the deliverable declared? version/validity? is the cost traceable? Bands: up to 15 Informal · up to 30 Organized · up to 45 Well structured · up to 60 Managed · above 60 Optimized.
A low percentage is not a failure
It's a map. A growing company usually starts between 30% and 50% — the value of the screen is showing in WHAT ORDER to close the gaps, not giving a grade. Start with the strategic-level ones: without a declared direction, the rest has nothing to align with.
Frequently asked questions
Who keeps what
Leadership keeps the policies and objectives, management keeps the macro-processes, coordination keeps the execution. Where there's no keeper at that level, the panel warns you — it's the silent cause of a process nobody improves.
