MCP Server

Exposes Tenka's tools to external AI agents via the MCP protocol. What an external agent can do is exactly what you enable here, and the default is the minimum. Granting a write tool to an external agent means giving authority to someone acting outside your view.

O que esta tela responde
Stores the documents that support a process (procedure, evidence, attachment) linked to the right step. A loose document doesn't count as a trail: it's the link to the step that answers "where is the proof of this?".
Para que esta tela existe
The TO-BE document pyramid in 4 levels (Organizational Policy, Management Procedure, SOP and Work Instruction), with the cycle that requires a USAGE TEST before approval (drafting 50% + test 25% + approval 25%), the training trail with acceptance per employee generated when the document becomes effective, and the training×role and change management (adherence×complexity) matrices. — this is the role of the "Process documents" screen within the platform.

Rules

A pirâmide de 4 níveis: cada documento no degrau certo
Organizational Policy (what the company decides) → Management Procedure (how the area executes) → SOP (the workstation's step by step) → Work Instruction (the task's detail). A document at the wrong level either becomes a dead letter or straitjackets whoever operates — the level is the first decision, before the text.
O gate do redesenho: efetividade medida, não declarada
A document linked to a process shows the effectiveness of that process's action plans against the gate percentage. The process only appears as "redesigned" when the measured effectiveness reaches the gate — before that the label says "not yet redesigned", however effective the document may be. It's the lock against standardizing on paper: the new standard only counts when the plans that support it have proven their effect in the data.

Frequently asked questions

Como provo que a pessoa foi treinada no padrão?
Each publication requires acknowledgment: whoever had the obligation to know the document signs the acceptance HERE, with a date. In the audit (or in the incident), the trail instantly answers "who knew, since when" — without hunting for attendance lists in folders.
