What this screen answers
The AI monitors the operation in real time and flags what requires action. It SUGGESTS; execution with effect — changing status, triggering a collection — only happens through the manual path or with your confirmation. The panel prioritizes; you are the one who decides.
O que esta tela faz
An assisted period of 1 to 3 months on a process: it measures the KPI at the start, measures it again at the end and shows the DELTA calculated from real data (never a declared gain). On closing, it generates the narrative deck — context, before×after, delta and next steps — and tracks the progress of projects by status.
Para que esta tela existe
An assisted period of 1 to 3 months on a process: it measures the KPI at the start, measures it again at the end and shows the DELTA calculated from real data (never a declared gain). On closing, it generates the narrative deck — context, before×after, delta and next steps — and tracks the progress of projects by status. — this is the role of the "Assisted operation" screen within the platform.

How to

The KPI format: one line per indicator
Both at opening and at closing, the indicators are entered as plain text, one line each, in the format "Indicator = value" (e.g.: "Lead time (days) = 8.5"). The detail that matters: at the end, repeat EXACTLY the same names as at the start — matching by name is what allows the delta and the percentage change of each indicator to be calculated. A name changed along the way becomes an unpaired indicator, with no before→after to compare.

Rules

Passo pulado fica registrado
A operação assistida permite pular um passo, mas grava quem pulou e quando; o formato de cada passo vem do processo cadastrado e não se altera durante a execução.

Frequently asked questions

Que pergunta do dia a dia se responde aqui
"Did the operation we took over really improve — how far did the data move from start to finish?" — when that question comes up, this is the screen that answers it.
Quando o deck fica disponível?
Only after closing the operation: the "Close and measure the final KPI" button asks for the final values of the same indicators, and from then on the card shows the before → after with the calculated delta (highlighted up or down, with the percentage change) and the "Download deck" button, which generates the narrative document of the operation. While it is in progress there is no deck — there is no outcome to narrate.
