The whole story, from any end
Type or scan a roll (RL-…), a yarn lot, a dye lot, a bale, a shipment or an order. The timeline shows backwards where it came from — knitting order, yarn lot, blend, bales, cotton lint, contract and certification — and forwards who received it, with order and invoice. Each step carries its document: shipment invoice, return invoice, service invoice, lab report, complaint.
How to
From garment to bale
Dyed roll RL-12-A came from grey roll 12 (machine 3, 14/03, yarn lot LF-2603), went in shipment 87 (invoice 4,512) to Tinturaria Demo Sul, dye lot P-1188 (ΔE 0.6, right first time), came back on invoice 9,031 and was cut for order 1,234 of Demo Confecção. Backwards, LF-2603 came from blend M-26/02: 26 bales of cotton lint from Cooperativa Demo do Oeste, contract CS-25/26, ABR certified, average micronaire 4.1.
Cascade block in one click
On a dye lot or yarn lot, "Cascade block" holds every roll still in stock — they disappear from picking and the handheld — and lists who already received, with contact, order and invoice. "Chain complaint" opens the child complaint at the dye house or the group’s spinning mill with the cost passed on.

Rules
Complaints on any node, with merit
Each node shows the complaints linked to it — yarn lot, dye lot, dye house, gin — with the decided merit (upheld, rejected, partly), the reason and the cost. The "other lots from this supplier" tab shows whether the problem happened before.
