What this screen is for
For those who knit or receive fabric: know when the article leaves the machine, inspect each roll before cutting, register the article with the numbers cost and per-kg selling need, and bring the marker consumption made in CAD.
How to
Apply the suggested sequence
The suggested sequence groups the same article and puts the shortest changeover first; changeover time comes from the article time on that machine or the machine default. When it saves minutes, "Apply the sequence" reorders the queue and recalculates the expected dates.
Article rest hours
In the Textile article, fill in Rest before spreading (h): how many hours the roll of this knit must stay unrolled before cutting. Blank or 0, cutting does not wait. The cutting plan shows the rest of each lay and the cutting order warns about a roll that has not rested.
Rules
Machine scheduling
Each machine has kg/day. The schedule enters the machine queue and gets start and expected end in sequence. On the machine, enter the kg produced when completing.
Inspection and shade
Inspection saves on the roll the grade (1st or 2nd), shade, dye lot and meterage. Cutting refuses rolls of different shades in the same lay — the grid pieces would come out in different colors.
Textile article
Weight (g/m²), width (m), yield (m/kg) and shrinkage (%). Calculated yield = 1000 ÷ (weight × width). Lead time feeds the order date in MRP. Composition and care stay on the Composition label.
Imported marker
Export from CAD (Audaces or other) the CSV with "size;consumption" and, if available, "length", "width", "efficiency" and "plies". Tenka keeps the result; the marker is still made in CAD.
Scheduling with capacity
A machine without the gauge or diameter the article requires (FINURA and DIAMETRO item attributes, e.g. 24 and 30-34) is refused when scheduling. The "Capacity and suggested sequence" box shows, per machine, kg and days in queue and the article changeover minutes now and in the suggested sequence.
The proposed order for the looms
The overnight proposal also looks at the looms: the same article together and the shortest changeover first, only where the total changeover goes down. Confirming applies the proposed order, like the Apply the sequence button; each order's end date is recalculated by the loom's kg per day.
Frequently asked questions
Programei o tear e a revisão não encontra o rolo. O que faltou?
O apontamento da produção: a programação diz o que o tear VAI fazer; o rolo nasce no apontamento do turno. Sem apontar, não há rolo para revisar. Tonalidade e artigo têxtil vêm do artigo programado.
Pieces per ply in the marker CSV
Export from the CAD in the "size;quantity;consumption" format: the quantity (pieces of that size per ply) is what the cutting plan uses. Decimal commas are accepted.
