Who can do what
The matrix crosses the cell’s people with the operations they have already recorded. Each box shows the level — 1 learning, 2 works at standard, 3 masters and teaches — and the actual minutes per piece (hours recorded × 60 ÷ good pieces). The level comes from performance: up to 10% above standard is 3, up to 40% is 2, above is 1; with fewer than 20 records, 2 at most. Tap the number to fix the level you know — recalculation respects it.

How to

How to read the matrix on a Monday
Close side seam has a 1.00 min standard. Maria does it in 0.95 (level 3), Ana in 1.30 (level 2), Rita in 1.65 (level 1, learning). If Maria is absent, Ana covers; if both are out, the operation stops — so put Rita on the Academy track now. In balancing, with 20 or more records, the cell plans with their actual average, not the 1.00 on paper.

Rules

Operation only one person knows
An operation with only one person at level 2 or 3 stops the cell on the day she is absent. The “Only one person knows” card lists these operations; Tenkai warns too. Train a second person before the absence — the Academy track is one tap away for those at level 1.

Treine uma segunda pessoa e registre o nível; a cor muda sozinha.
