Workshop capacity on one screen
Register, per workshop and operation, how many pieces it makes per week, the lead time in days and the price per piece. The plan shows the next six weeks: capacity, the load of open shipments by agreed date and what is left free; in red, the week that is over capacity.

How to

How to decide which sewing shop takes the next order
1. In "Capacity by sewing shop and operation", enter pieces per week, price per piece and return days for each shop; tap "Save". 2. The "Weekly plan" shows each shop's free capacity; red is an overloaded week. 3. In "Which shop takes it?", enter the operation, pieces and date. 4. See the best option and "What if I send it to her?": when it is ready and how much more it costs or saves.

Rules

How the suggestion chooses
The simulator "who takes N pieces by the date" places the pieces week by week in each workshop's free capacity, never before its lead time, and ranks by who delivers on the date, then by date, cost and rating (approval at inspection over the last 180 days, minus 2 per delay). The "what if" shows how many more days and how much more or less per piece compared with the first. On a new Outsourcing shipment, Use fills in the workshop, the type and the expected date.

Frequently asked questions

Where does each sewing shop's load come from?
From the open shipments to her, by the agreed return date. Free capacity is the capacity you entered minus that load. If the plan shows nothing, enter the shops' capacity first; if the load looks wrong, check the agreed date on the open shipments.
