Contracts
Your active contracts, the hour bank and what has been invoiced.
1min read
1What it is for
Shows how much of the contract was used this month, the hour balance and the comparison of what was invoiced — the same figure the supplier sees.
2How to use it
- Search by name or filter by status
- Open the contract to see the hour bank month by month
- From the contract you open a ticket already linked to it
3Why can the hours deducted from the contract be lower than the hours worked?
Worked is all the time the team logged on your service, including what is still to be reviewed. Deducted is what comes out of your hours package: warranty, courtesy and time the team does not charge are not deducted. That is why deducted can be lower than worked, and never higher without a reason agreed in the contract.
4Contract summary as a PDF on the portal
On the contract page of the portal, the Contract summary button downloads a PDF with the whole contract: term, contracted items, contracted and used hours with the balance, month-by-month use, what was billed and paid, and the services with the team. The summary shows only what you already see on the portal.
5What goes into Outstanding in the contract summary?
Only the contract invoices you see on the portal that are still to be paid. A paid invoice goes into Total paid; a cancelled invoice goes into neither. The contract status is spelled out, such as Active or Closed.
6How do I accept or reject the hours waiting for my acceptance?
“Waiting for your acceptance” lists the work-order hours and the hours logged on requests: each shows the date, who did it, the hours and what was done. Accept them one by one or all at once. Accepting, the comment is optional. Rejecting, the comment is required and the hour goes back to the company for approval, which fixes it and sends it again. The hour only counts in the contract balance after you accept it.
