How to

One-click action and what it does
Approve decides the current step by the same rule as the approvals screen (authority, delegation, policy). Resolve marks the finding as resolved for the whole company. Request, proposal and deadline open their source screen. A source that could not be read is flagged at the top — never shown as "nothing to do".

Rules

Where each item comes from
The queue joins five places without rewriting any: pending approvals where you decide the step, Tenkai Surveillance findings you can reach, requests you own, proposals you asked Tenkai for by WhatsApp or e-mail and have not confirmed, and "it is on you" deadlines (contracts, OKRs, reports).
The queue order
First what ONLY YOU can solve (your approval, your request, your deadline). Within that: overdue, then nearest deadline, then HIGH severity, then oldest. A Surveillance finding is never "only yours": anyone who can reach the screen may resolve it.
Resume what stopped
The queue shows what you started and left stopped: a draft proposal, an open quote not closed (both for more days than the company limit, 5 by default) and an agent step waiting for your decision when you are the person responsible for the agent. The click opens the record the way you left it, so you continue where you stopped.
"To take" tickets
Tickets the system opens itself — the maintenance order from spindle monitoring, cell maintenance and predictive maintenance — are created with no owner. They show here as "To take" for everyone who can open the ticket. Whoever takes it becomes the owner and the ticket moves to that person's list.

Frequently asked questions
