What this screen is
The business's monthly decision ritual, with minutes. The agenda arrives ready — business health, goals traffic light, result of the month (for those who can see values) and the highest-severity open FCAs. The board records decisions and closes the minutes, which from then on are immutable. Each decision can "become an FCA": it opens a new Fact·Cause·Action, with Board as its origin, to be tracked like any other.

Until the previous version, the agenda showed "R$ 142380,00" instead of "R$ 142.380,00". The value was always the same — what changed is the way it is written, now the same as in the rest of the platform. On an agenda that is read aloud, a number without a separator is the kind of thing that makes someone say "one million" where it is one hundred and forty thousand.
A ata fechada é imutável — e é isso que dá valor a ela
While the minutes are in draft, decisions can be edited and removed. When closed, they freeze: neither you nor support can change the text afterwards. Each decision can become an FCA to be tracked in the following months, and that is how next month's agenda arrives with "what was left open" already filled in without anyone typing.

How to read the agenda items
Each agenda item arrives with a traffic light (green, yellow, red), the title, the calculated detail and the category in the corner — the item's origin in the platform. Below the items, the highest-severity open FCAs appear with indicator, period and status, because a deviation without enforced action comes back every month. If the period has no calculated items, the screen says so instead of inventing an agenda — the board decides on what was measured.

Por que "Resultado do mês" às vezes não aparece na pauta
Because your access group has the "See Values" key turned off (Settings → Access). When it is off, the result item is removed ENTIRELY from the agenda — it does not appear masked. It is not missing calculation or an incomplete DRE: health and the goals traffic light are still there because they are not amounts in R$. If the agenda needs the result at the meeting, access is granted in the access group, not here.
Decisão que "vira FCA" ganha acompanhamento próprio
When recording a decision, the Action column defines its destination: "minutes record" documents it and stops there; "become FCA" opens a new Fact–Cause–Action with Board as its origin, which is then tracked like any other — including reappearing on the agenda of the following months while it is open. After the minutes are closed, the decision shows the number of the opened FCA (→ FCA #) as a permanent trail between the decision and the action plan it generated.

Navigate with the period arrows: in a month with open minutes you record decisions line by line (text, action, owner, deadline) and close the minutes; in a closed month the screen shows the immutable record, with the "Minutes closed" badge and each decision saying whether it became an FCA or stayed as a minutes record.
