The auditable record of everything the AI did, suggested or decided: who asked, with what data, and what came out. It is the answer to "why did the system do that?" and the proof for data protection law. Nothing here is deleted — it's a trail, not an inbox.

How to
O placar de ganhos, número a número
Executions is how many times the agent ran in the month; Actions are the notifications and sequence advances actually taken; Amount recovered adds up the receivables touched and settled in the month; Tenkai cost is the AI spending against the monthly cap shown next to it; and ROI is recovered ÷ cost. No number is just declared: the "Calculation breakdown" button opens the source of each one, exactly as it was computed.
Agent model card
The Model card PDF and JSON buttons export the selected agent's record in the AI Act format: purpose, powers, current rules, the month's scoreboard (with untouched rate), incidents and autonomy policy. An unmeasured field shows as "not measured", never zero.
Rules
Reverter uma execução conta como erro — de propósito
The revert button undoes what the execution did (returns the receivables to the previous stage of the collection sequence) and, upon confirming, the execution starts counting as an ERROR on the agent's scoreboard. It is not punishment, it is statistical honesty: if it had to be undone, the work wasn't worth it. The reversal is recorded — the "reverted" tag appears on the row — and goes into the month's reversal counter, the same one that feeds the error rate.
How the digital employee is billed
A hired digital employee is billed when it ran at least one routine in the month; hired but idle is not billed. Your plan includes some at no cost (Evoluir 1, Enterprise 3, Enterprise Premium 5): they appear on the invoice as included in the plan, so you see what you used.
When the agent must ask (beyond the amount)

No-touch rate and the graduation ruler
Taxa sem toque = 1 − intervenções humanas ÷ execuções: quanto do trabalho o agente concluiu sem ninguém reverter ou corrigir. Liberar um agente para EXECUTAR só é possível quando a régua sustenta: por padrão, três meses com execuções, taxa sem toque de 80% ou mais e erro contado até 5% em cada mês. Em REVISAR ele prepara e um humano confirma — é assim que o placar se forma.

What you set here applies to both doors: the agents and the requests made to Tenkai on WhatsApp, Teams or the chat. Interest and variance make Tenkai answer that it must be done on the screen; expertise lets only the named person go ahead. If the policy changes between the request and the confirmation, the confirmation is refused and nothing is done.
The AI model on the agent card
Besides purpose, powers, rules, scorecard and incidents, the model card (PDF or JSON) includes the AI provider and model that answer for the company: the model set up for the company or, if there is none, the platform one. It also brings that model’s latest evaluation in the Tenkai test suite, with date, accuracy, consistency, latency and number of cases. If the model was never evaluated, the card says "not yet measured", never zero. To measure it, use Tenkai Evaluation.

"What did the AI do for my company, how much did it cost and how many times did it get it wrong?" — when that question comes up, this is the screen that answers it.
Desliguei um poder — quando passa a valer?
In the Powers section, each tool's switch saves immediately and blocks the action already on the agent's next execution — there is no need to pause or restart anything. The same section shows the approval floor (with no floor configured, the approval policies apply), the monthly cost cap and the month's spending. In the Rules, on the other hand, changing the procedure creates a new VERSION: the previous one closes and stays in the history with the period in which it was in force.
Why can't I revert an old run?
A reversão tem prazo (7 dias por padrão, parâmetro da empresa). Depois dele, os dados de reversão descrevem um mundo que já mudou — títulos pagos, estágios avançados — e desfazer seria inventar um estado. O que passou do prazo se corrige à mão, com registro.
What is the “before → after” in the confirmation request?
When Tenkai is about to change an existing record — a bill's due date, an opportunity's stage — the confirmation request shows today's value and the value it will become, side by side. You confirm knowing exactly what changes.
Why did Tenkai hide phone numbers and e-mails in the answer?
When an answer brings many phone numbers, tax IDs or e-mails at once, Tenkai shows only the end of each one and tells you — for any kind of answer. Whoever can open the customer register sees everything as usual, because they already see the same data on the screen. The full list comes from the screen export, which records who downloaded it.
How does Tenkai write the numbers in an answer?
In the language of whoever asks: in English "1,234.5 kg" and "12.5%"; in Portuguese "1.234,5 kg". Decimal places follow the data (a value with two places comes out with two). The proof link keeps opening the screen with the same filter.
Without AI turned on, does Tenkai answer in my language?
Yes. Without AI, Tenkai delivers the numbers straight from the database, without wording, and the fixed part of the answer comes out in the language of whoever asks: the source, the “check it in”, the notice that there was no wording, the screen button name and the period consulted. When it finds no data, it states the period it looked at (for example, the current month) and what it consulted. What comes from your records (customer or license names) comes out as it was written.
