Every item has an owner. It is the difference between the list the team executes and the list everyone reads and no one does — on the 5th of the following month the conversation is always "I thought it was you".
A conciliação autônoma respeita a alçada
The agent reconciles on its own what fits within the ceiling configured in Autonomy and records each match in the decision trail. What exceeds the ceiling becomes a checklist item with an owner, not a silent action.
A narrativa guarda os fatos, não só a prosa
Along with the text, the numbers that produced it are saved. Without that there is no way to answer "where did this -3 points come from?" six months later, and a narrative that can't be checked is fiction with good writing.

Where the checklist comes from
It is generated, not typed: each item is measured in the period's database (unreconciled entries, bills without settlement, period not booked to accounting, budget overrun) and comes with the number that was measured and the link to the proof.
