Collections

The designer's space: calendar, color palette, pieces with photo, approval — and the collection's numbers.

Start here

What this screen is for
For the designer and the owner to organize the collection as it is born: a name and a season, the calendar (briefing, sampling, approval, launch), the color palette and the pieces — each with photo, fabric, colors, size grid and target price. The collection meeting approves or rejects here. And the collection shows how many pieces were approved, how many items it generated, how much it produced, how much it sold and the margin.
The link that sells
The same lookbook link opens the catalogue that SELLS: the retailer picks pieces by size grid (size × colour), enters tax ID, store name and mobile, and places the order. It lands as a QUOTE in sales orders, with the customer’s B2B price list; you confirm lead time and terms. Turn it on in Parameters ▸ Sales (Catalogue ordering).

How to

Standard list and form
The screen became the standard list: search, filters, saved views, columns, export and trash with Undo. Click the record (or New) to open the form, with the detail tabs when there are any.
Publish the collection passports
Na coleção, "Publicar passaportes" emite o passaporte digital de cada item, a partir do último corte dele. Item sem corte fica de fora e é contado na mensagem. A etiqueta CONMETRO desses itens passa a levar o QR do passaporte.

Rules

An approved piece becomes a stock item
When you approve a piece, Tenka creates the stock item (unit UN, list price = target price), the size × color grid from what you wrote on the piece, and an empty bill of materials for you to fill with components. The piece stays linked to the item; that is why an approved piece is neither deleted nor reverted — the item already lives in stock. Then use Piece price to compute the real price from the bill of materials.
Color palette and shade
Each color has a commercial name, a Pantone reference (free text), the hex for the on-screen swatch and the SHADE — the code the dye house returns. Pieces of different shades are not mixed at cutting; write the shade here and on the rolls. On pieces, write colors by their palette name so the swatch appears.
Rejecting requires a reason
The designer needs to read why the piece did not pass. Without a reason Tenka refuses the rejection. A rejected piece stays in the collection, with the reason, so the next season learns from it.
The collection's numbers
They come from the items born from approved pieces: produced = completed production orders; sold = POS and confirmed orders; margin = sold − (sold quantity × produced unit cost). Without completed production there is no margin — the screen says so instead of making it up. Ask Tenkai "how is the summer collection doing?".
The public link’s safeguards
The link only sells with ordering turned on. With a WhatsApp channel configured, the retailer confirms the mobile with a code; three errors block that mobile for 30 minutes. Each mobile places up to 5 orders a day (adjustable). Revoking the link turns off lookbook and catalogue together.
The collection board
Switch Grid to Board and drag the piece between Idea, Sample, Approved and Rejected. Approving on the board creates the item with its size grid, as on the card. Rejecting opens the card so you write the reason — the designer needs to read why. A piece that already became an item is locked: it lives in stock.
The size that comes back
The card crosses what each size and colour sold (orders and POS) with returns and exchanges over the last 12 months. A variant returned more than twice the garment’s own average, with at least 5 sales, lights up: it is almost always the pattern, not luck. The most cited reason shows alongside and the link opens the tech sheet to fix the measurement chart.
Verified and estimated footprint

Frequently asked questions

Can I delete a collection?
Only while none of its pieces became an item. After that, close the collection (it leaves the day-to-day choices and stays in history). Deleting sends it to the recycle bin, with undo.
Where are the cutting, sewing and collection screens?

Under Apparel manufacturing: cutting order, produce right, pieces per seamstress, cell balancing, multi-skilling, incentive plan, piece price and composition label. Under Fashion design: collections, collection plan and analysis, trend radar and fashion knowledge base. Stock, purchasing, bill of materials and production order stay in Supplies. Whoever had access keeps it, on the same plan.

Where the retailer’s order shows up
In Sales orders, as a quote with origin "Catalogue", with the mobile and the note on the order; whoever sees orders gets a bell notice. Tenkai answers "how many orders came through the catalogue?".
