The collection in one place
The form has the collection’s data and calendar; the tabs bring the numbers (pieces, items, sold, margin), the size that comes back, the color card, the pieces with photo and decision, and the lookbook.
How to
Pieces board
In the Pieces tab, switch the grid to the board and drag the piece between Idea, Sample, Approved and Rejected. Click the piece to open its visual sheet, photos and decision.
Rules
An approved piece becomes an item
Approving the piece creates the stock item with the size × color grid and an empty technical sheet — only once. A collection that has already generated items does not go to the trash: close it.
