Vertical readiness

The "zero no" scoreboard for the platform's 5 verticals (PSA/software house, field services, retail/leasing, health/clinic, and light industry). For each one, the minimum checks that keep it standing: does it have a seeding template? does it have a demo tenant? does the main screen open? is it reco…

Três blocos, um objetivo: campo virando faturamento sem vazamento
The measurement report gathers the service done and generates the billing; the schedule ensures the recurring visit happens; the checklist ensures the SO only closes with the service complete. Each block plugs a hole through which revenue leaks.
What this screen is
Recurring field services: it consolidates the contract's billable SOs over a period into a measurement report (which becomes a receivable), keeps the contract's schedule of planned visits (recurrence) and the mandatory execution checklist before closing the SO.
Reports in the list, tools at the top
The list shows the measurement reports already generated — number, contract, period, dates, work orders and total — with search, filters, views and export. The top holds the three field tools: generate the period report, the visit schedule and the work order checklist.

How to

Thirteen weeks, and why thirteen
Register the frequency and the day of the month for each contract's visit. The Advance button pushes the next visit to the following cycle once it has been done. Check Mandatory checklist on contracts where a visit without the full checklist doesn't count.
Work order checklist
Load the SO by number, set up the items (marking the mandatory ones) and complete them in the field. The Close SO button validates the checklist: with a mandatory item pending, the SO doesn't close — and an open SO doesn't go into a report. It's on purpose: incomplete service doesn't become billing.
Close a work order through the checklist
On the checklist card, enter the work order number and load it. Tick each finished item with the row icon; New item opens the dialog to add a step. Close work order only goes through when all required items are done — then materials are taken out of stock and the execution is recorded.

Rules

Boletim: o que entra e o que não entra
The contract's SOs that are CLOSED and marked as billable within the chosen period go in. An open SO doesn't go in (the service isn't finished) and an already-measured SO doesn't go in again — an SO belongs to a single report, so it's never billed twice.
Gerar o boletim gera o título
When generating, the receivable in finance is also born with the total of the SOs. Check contract and period before clicking — the report is the link between operations and billing, and undoing issued billing is a conversation with the customer.
Schedule: contract and maintenance plan side by side
The schedule brings together the contract visits (the sales schedule — New schedule opens the dialog, Advance pushes the next one) and the equipment maintenance plans (technical: they advance by themselves when the engine creates the work order). The origin is in the first column and the list is ordered by next date; overdue items are in red.

Frequently asked questions

I generated the report and it came with zero work orders
The period didn't reach any closed, billable SO from that contract. The suspects: SO still open (checklist pending?), SO not marked as billable, or the wrong period. Check before generating again.
Which question this screen answers
"How much do I have to measure from this contract's field SOs in the period — and is the visit schedule up to date?" The screen brings together the three ends of recurring field service: the measurement report consolidates the contract's billable SOs over a period and becomes a receivable; the unified schedule shows the contract's planned visits and the maintenance plans, ordered by next date; and the execution checklist locks closing the SO while there is a mandatory item pending.
