What this screen is for
Register the vehicles that deliver — with the capacity that builds the route and the default driver — and know what each km really costs. The shipping center uses the capacity to fit deliveries and the cost per km to put own-delivery freight in the margin.
Vehicles in the list, cost per km in the record
The list shows each vehicle with plate, type, capacity, driver, km and whether active, and at the top the maintenance due or overdue. The record shows the cost per km — measured from refuels and maintenance, or from the stated fuel economy — which becomes the own-delivery freight in the order margin.
Rules
How cost per km is calculated
From the last 90 days: fuel plus maintenance, divided by km driven (the difference between the highest and lowest km recorded), plus the monthly fixed cost divided by the month's km. Without two km records, it uses the registered consumption and the average price per liter. Without any of that, it does not guess — it asks for the data.
Maintenance with the next one
Record what was done with km and amount, and say when the next one is (by km, date or both). The warning appears here and in Tenkai when 15 days or 500 km are left, and turns red when overdue.
Deleting can be undone
A deleted vehicle disappears from lists and new routes, but the history stays; the Undo button brings it back. Deactivating is for a vehicle that stopped running and stays registered.
Refuel and maintenance by dialog
In the record, the Refuels tab logs date, km, liters and amount; the Maintenance tab logs what was done, km, amount and the next one (by date or km). Each entry recalculates the cost per km at once, and the row bin removes a wrong entry.
Maintenance due at the top of the list
The strip at the top of the list shows maintenance due in the next days or kilometers (amber) and the overdue ones (red), with the plate and what it is. The route sheet still picks only active vehicles.
Frequently asked questions
