The store's queue on the phone
The website orders this store will pick. Scan each piece with the camera; once everything is picked, ship it or, if the customer came to collect, hand it over checking the CPF. On dispatch, the piece leaves the store's stock and the reservation is closed.

How to pick on the phone
1. Open "In-store picking": the website orders for this store appear. 2. Scan the item with the camera to pick it. 3. Tap "Picked" when the order is complete; if it ships by mail, "Shipped" when handing it to the carrier. 4. When the customer arrives, ask for the CPF (it must be the order customer's), note the name of who picks up and tap "Hand over to customer".
Frequently asked questions
"The scanned piece is not the one in the order" appeared
The code is from another variation of the same product — almost always the size or the color. Compare the label with what the order shows and scan the right piece. Picking only accepts the variation ordered, so the customer does not get the wrong size.
The ID number of the person picking up does not match
Do not hand it over. Pickup only goes to the ID of the order’s customer — it protects against handing goods to someone who did not buy. If the customer sent someone else, they need to come or contact the online store to switch the order to delivery. If the ID was mistyped, type it again (the 11 digits).
"This piece has already left the store" appeared
The handover or shipping of this line was already done (maybe on another phone), and the stock was already reduced — nothing was reduced again. Refresh the queue: the line moves to Picked up or Shipped. Do not hand over a second piece.
