Yarn needed for an order
Article with 70% cotton 30/1 and 30% polyester, 3% waste: for 1,000 kg of fabric you need 1,000 × 0.70 ÷ 0.97 = 722 kg of cotton 30/1 and 309 kg of polyester.

Apontamento sem lote do fio não entra na qualidade
O apontamento salva sem lote, mas fica fora da eficiência por lote e a revisão não consegue devolver o defeito à fiação. A tela destaca os apontamentos sem lote para completar.

Preciso informar o lote do fio em todo turno?
Sim — é o que liga a qualidade da malha à fiação. Sem o lote, a revisão não consegue devolver o barré para a mistura certa e a eficiência por lote fica cega. Trocou o cone no meio do turno? Registre dois apontamentos.
How do I declare the yarn loss of a machine shift?
In the machine production record, fill in the Yarn and loss group: the yarn consumed (which yarn), the kilograms of yarn fed into the machine, the declared loss in kilograms and the reason (broken yarn, ends, setup, article change). When you save, the loss leaves the yarn stock right away, with the yarn lot and the production date. If you reduce the loss or delete the record, stock is adjusted by the difference — it is never written off twice. Fabric produced plus loss cannot exceed the yarn consumed. If the yarn balance is short and refusing outflows without balance is on, the production is saved and the warning says why the loss did not leave; the monthly closing in kilograms shows that loss separately, as declared without write-off.
Why doesn't my item show in Article (or in Yarn consumed)?
Article lists only knitted fabrics, and Yarn consumed lists only yarns. The item's NCM code decides: knitted fabric is chapter 60, woven fabric does not show here, yarn is 52.04 to 52.07 and equivalents. If the item does not show where it should, check the NCM code in the item record. An item without an NCM code yet shows in both fields until it is classified.
What happens to stock when I save loom production?
Enter the yarn consumed (item and kg) and the kg of fabric: on save, the yarn leaves stock and the fabric comes in. Fill in "Production order" only if the order already makes that movement, so it is not counted twice. Declared waste still comes out of the yarn on its own. Without yarn balance nothing moves and the screen says why.
