What this list is
Each line is a catalog defect found in an inspection: the defect (code and name), how many pieces of the sample have it, the severity (copied from the catalog that day) and a note. It opens from the Quality tab of Produce right, on the chosen inspection.

Rules

The severity comes from the catalog
You pick the defect; the severity is its catalog severity and is kept as it was that day — if someone reclassifies the defect later, the old verdict does not change. In the final inspection, the total of pieces cannot exceed the sample, and the verdict's critical, major and minor are recounted at every line.

Frequently asked questions

Why was the line refused in the final inspection?
The sum of defective pieces went over the sample size. Check the quantities entered in the inspection lines: the total cannot exceed the pieces inspected.
