How to make up for the missing adapter

  • Service invoice in a city hall that the issuer does not cover yet: issue it on the city hall's portal and record the invoice number on the receivable — finance and margin do not depend on the issuer.
  • Bank without Open Finance: import the statement (OFX or CSV) in Bank reconciliation once a week.

Week 1Make-to-order production

ReceiveMoney on the moveCard acquirer reconciliation
What to check: one day of the card machine statement matched against the register sales; the card machine statement matched to each sale · Who does it: Finance · Time: 35 min

Before you start (counter)

  • Have at hand the phone with the business WhatsApp, your Pix key and the list of best-selling items, with price and sizes.
  • Pix key, credit and MEI are set in Tenant settings, the step of the Brazil block (account menu: your avatar, at the right end of the top bar) — in the Parameters tab, POS group: your Pix key in "POS: store PIX key" and, in "POS: PIX with automatic confirmation", the option "Static — QR from the store’s Pix key"; credit for customers without a limit and the entry sent to the buyer right away. In the Companies tab: the MEI regime, if that is your case (it turns on the MEI limit warning), and the CNPJ and email only when you need to issue invoices.
  • To sell and ask on WhatsApp, the number must be verified: the one of the account created through Start already is (by the 6-digit code); another number of the business is linked in WhatsApp channels.
  • The computer register (step 14) and the card machine (step 15) wait until the stall has a computer and cards; the phone sells without them.
What to check: the first sale made on the phone shows up in How much I sold and in the Till sales list.

Where the counter usually goes wrong

  • Credit by word of mouth. What does not go through the register as credit does not show up in Who owes me, and nobody collects it.
  • Pix without "Received". With Pix on your key, the sale only closes when you tap "PIX received"; check the statement first.
  • Spoken sale without CONFIRM. The WhatsApp sale is saved only after CONFIRM; without it, only the proposal remains.
  • Register closed with a sale in the queue. Without internet, the sale stays on the device and goes up by itself; close the register only after the queue is empty.

Questions Tenkai answers after the implementation

In writing or by audio, in the chat or on WhatsApp:

  • "How much did I sell today?"
  • "Who owes me?"
  • "Where is my stock and how much is it worth?"
  • "Which days do I sell best?"
  • "What deserves a reorder?"

The gates and the routine (counter)

First-day gate: the account created on the phone, 5 items with labels and the first sale on the phone register (cash, Pix and credit).
First-week gate: a spoken WhatsApp sale confirmed, the fair calendar registered and the register closed with the Z reading.

The routine (5 minutes a day): the early-morning summary at 7 a.m., Who owes me (collect what is due) and Close the register at the end of the fair.

Week 5Tenkai module

What this module does: Your company's assistant and its governance: what it knows, where it speaks, what it can decide on its own — and the trail of everything it answered.

The steps below apply to every company that uses the module; your industry's block adds what is specific to your operation.

Who it is for: whoever wants to put the Tenka agents to work — the Reconciler, the Buyer, assisted closing, receipt forecast, scheduled questions — with rules written by the company and control over how much each agent can do on its own.

What you have at the end: Tenkai knowing how your company talks, the policies applying to every decision, each agent at the autonomy level you chose and the accountability of each: what it saw, what it decided and how much it saved.

Rhythm: 3 weeks. In each step there are two buttons: Open in the system and See the screen's help, both in a new tab.

How the menu is organized (read before you start) (Tenkai module)

The agents live in Improve ▸ Digital employees. What they know and what they can never see is in Registers and settings ▸ Platform and security.

Where What lives there
Improve ▸ Digital employees Digital employees (the showcase), Agent autonomy, Company policies, Agents inbox, Digital employees office, Tenkai Transparency Center, Tenkai decision trail
Registers and settings ▸ Platform and security Tenkai context, Data Tenkai cannot see, Tenkai channels
The agents work on the data that is already in Tenka. Start with them after finance (and, for the Buyer, inventory) has been running in the system for at least a month.

Where agents usually go wrong

  • Starting at EXECUTE. Without a month at SUGGEST, nobody knows whether the agent gets it right. Raise autonomy step by step.
  • Policy only in the owner's head. The agent follows the written policy; what is not written it cannot guess.
  • Empty context. Without the house glossary, Tenkai does not understand what "MP" or "OC" mean in your company.

Questions Tenkai answers after the implementation

  • "What are the agents waiting on from me today?"
  • "How much did the Reconciler save this month?"
  • "Why did the agent suggest this purchase?"

The gates and the routine (Tenkai module)

Week 1 — what Tenkai knows and what it never sees

Week 1 gate: the glossary written, the sensitive data protected and the first three policies published.

Week 2 — the agents, one at a time

Week 2 gate: the first agent working at SUGGEST for a week, with the inbox cleared every day.

Week 3 — trust and accountability

The routine (10 minutes a day): Agents inbox. Once a month: Transparency Center — and raise to REVIEW or EXECUTE only the step that got the whole month right. ✅ Go-live gate: at least two agents working, each step at the autonomy level the company chose, and the Transparency Center showing what each one saved.

Week 12Textiles

Who it is for: every company in the textile chain — from the cotton gin to the store. Each link has its own block; this one says what applies to all.

The textile screens only appear when the account's plan has the textile vertical add-on module turned on. If the Deliver menu does not show Spinning, Knitting or Dyeing, ask BMCode to turn the module on.

How the textile menu is organized

Tenka separates the day's work (the seven verbs) from what you register once (Registers and settings). Each link of the chain has its own group inside Deliver:

Where What lives there
Deliver ▸ Spinning cotton lint, bales with HVI, blends, spinning floor, laboratory, yarn cost and margin, exchange
Deliver ▸ Knitting looms, yarn recipe, production by loom, fabric inspection, third-party dyeing
Deliver ▸ Dyeing dyeing recipes and batches
Deliver ▸ Production collection, tech pack, cutting, production order, seamstresses, rolls, trail and certifications
Deliver ▸ Sales and shipping sales order, outbound invoice, consignment and the chain map
Receive money on the move: receivables and payables, bank and card machine reconciliation
Know profitability, size grid and store, ABC curve and the group chain cockpit
The textile screens only appear when the account's plan has the textile vertical add-on module turned on. If the Deliver menu does not show Spinning, Knitting or Dyeing, ask BMCode to turn the module on.

Week 12Cotton gin

Who it is for: the cotton ginner (processor) that buys cotton from growers, gins it, classes the bales by HVI and sells the lint to spinning mills — in Brazil or exporting.

What you have at the end: each harvest contract with the grower, each bale with the HVI report and the status (available, reserved, sold), the lint sale with a trail back to the field and the dollar exposure hedged.

Rhythm: 3 weeks. In each step there are two buttons: Open in the system and See the screen's help, both in a new tab.

Contract with the growerReceivingLint lotBale with HVILint saleExchange

Before you start (Cotton ginner)

  • Gather the minimum files: bank statement OFX or CSV for the last 3 to 6 months, customers and suppliers (name, CNPJ, email) and the list of growers with planted area and harvest.
  • If you are coming from another system, the migrator brings customers, suppliers, products, chart of accounts and payables/receivables: Registers and settings ▸ Getting started ▸ Migrate from another system.
What to check: the Deliver menu shows the group for your link (Spinning, Knitting, Dyeing or Production) and BMCode has received the files.

Where the cotton ginner usually goes wrong

  • Bale without a report. Without the HVI on the bale, the spinning mill cannot make the blend and the price becomes an average.
  • Weight loss by word of mouth. The difference between the manifest and the scale only shows up if both go into the system.
  • Expired certificate. The sale of certified cotton depends on the validity of each grower's certificate.

Questions Tenkai answers after the implementation

  • "How many bales are available by micronaire type?"
  • "Which grower had the biggest weight loss in the harvest?"
  • "How much of the dollar sale is still unhedged?"

The gates and the routine (Cotton ginner)

Week 1 — the foundation

Week 1 gate: growers, customers and accounts registered.

Week 2 — the harvest and the bales

Week 2 gate: one harvest received, ginned and with the bales classified in the system.

Week 3 — the sale and the money

Go-live gate: the sold bales leave the inventory with the invoice, and the dollar exposure appears on a screen. The routine (10 minutes a day): Bales with HVI (what is available) and Foreign exchange desk (what falls due).

Week 12Spinning

Who it is for: the spinning mill that buys cotton lint (or imported fiber), blends, spins and sells yarn by count — with its own laboratory and contracts indexed to lint and the dollar.

What you have at the end: the cotton purchase with an HVI clause, each bale in the right blend, the report of each yarn lot against the customer's specification, the cost of a kilo of yarn and the margin of each sale.

Rhythm: 4 weeks. In each step there are two buttons: Open in the system and See the screen's help, both in a new tab.

Before you start (Spinning)

  • Gather the minimum files: bank statement OFX or CSV for the last 3 to 6 months, customers and suppliers (name, CNPJ, email) and the quality specification each customer buys.

Where spinning usually goes wrong

  • Blend without HVI. Without the report of each bale, the blend varies and the yarn comes out of specification.
  • Yarn cost by average. Yield and energy change by count; the average cost hides the yarn that loses money.
  • Dollar without hedge. A lint contract in dollars without a hedge turns exchange rate into lost margin.

Questions Tenkai answers after the implementation

  • "Which yarn count had the lowest margin in the quarter?"
  • "Which yarn lots came out of specification this month?"
  • "How much of the cotton bought in dollars is not yet hedged?"

Week 1 gate: customers, suppliers, yarn counts and warehouses registered.

Week 2 — buying the cotton

Week 2 gate: the entire bale inventory in the system, with HVI.

Week 3 — quality and production

Week 3 gate: one week of production logged, with a report for each lot.

Week 4 — sale and margin

Go-live gate: the yarn cost comes out of the system and the margin of each sale appears without a spreadsheet. The routine (15 minutes a day): Spinning floor (efficiency and breaks), Yarn laboratory (what went out of range) and Foreign exchange desk (what falls due).

Week 12Knitting mill

Who it is for: the knitting mill that buys yarn, knits fabric on looms (own or by order), sends it to be dyed at a dyehouse — own or third-party — and sells the fabric by the roll, with rib and cuffs alongside.

What you have at the end: each loom logged by shift, each roll inspected with the yarn lot, the dyehouse billing checked against the price list, the companions calculated on the order and the margin of what is produced beside what is resold.

Rhythm: 4 weeks. In each step there are two buttons: Open in the system and See the screen's help, both in a new tab.

Yarn purchasedLoomInspectionDyehouseRollSale with ribProduced × resold

Before you start (Knitting)

  • Gather the minimum files: bank statement OFX or CSV for the last 3 to 6 months, customers and suppliers (name, CNPJ, email) and the list of fabric articles with the yarn recipe.

Where knitting usually goes wrong

  • Roll without the yarn lot. When the fabric shows barré, without the yarn lot there is no way to know where it came from.
  • Dyehouse paid without checking. The dyehouse invoice charges for what it sent back; the loss disappears if nobody cross-checks.
  • Rib from memory. The rib percentage changes by customer; in a manual order it is missing or in surplus.

Questions Tenkai answers after the implementation

  • "Which looms were idle the longest this week?"
  • "Which dyehouse has the worst right-first-time rate?"
  • "Which fabric article had the best margin in the month?"

The gates and the routine (Knitting)

Week 1 — the foundation

Week 1 gate: articles, customers and suppliers registered; the yarn in inventory counted.

Week 2 — the loom and the article

Week 2 gate: one week of production by loom, with each roll inspected and weighed.

Week 3 — the third-party dyehouse

Week 3 gate: one shipment to the dyehouse going out and coming back, with the billing checked.

Week 4 — sale and margin

Go-live gate: the order goes out with the companions, the dyehouse is checked and the margin by article appears. The routine (10 minutes a day): Knitting dashboard (what is stalled) and Dyehouse billing (what diverged).

Week 12Dyeing and finishing

Who it is for: the dyehouse (in-house at a group or a service provider) that receives raw fabric from the customer, dyes it, finishes it and returns it with the service invoice.

What you have at the end: each color with the recipe and the chemical cost per kg, each batch with water, steam, energy and reprocessing, the customer's fabric in your possession by shipment and the margin of each service.

Rhythm: 3 weeks. In each step there are two buttons: Open in the system and See the screen's help, both in a new tab.

What to check: per customer: the colour difference (ΔE) formula (CMC 2:1 or CIEDE2000), the maximum ΔE and the 555 band step · Who does it: Laboratory · Time: 15 min

Before you start (Dyeing and finishing)

  • Gather the minimum files: bank statement OFX or CSV for the last 3 to 6 months, customers and suppliers (name, CNPJ, email) and the list of colors with the current recipes.

Where dyeing usually goes wrong

  • Reprocessing without a record. The redone batch consumes water, steam and dye again; without a record, the cost disappears.
  • Recipe in the dyer's head. Without the recipe in the system, the same color comes out different on each shift.
  • Customer's fabric without control. The fabric that came in and did not go back becomes an argument with the customer.
  • Dye missing with the batch at the door. After scheduling the machines, check the dyes and chemicals for the queue and order what is missing before the week starts.
  • Integration that reads everything every night. CAD, the carrier and the retailer read rolls, lots, shipments and production orders through the integration only where something changed; generate the key in the name of whoever operates those screens.

Questions Tenkai answers after the implementation

  • "Which color had the most reprocessing in the month?"
  • "How much does a dyed kilo cost in water, steam and energy?"
  • "Which customer shipments have been in the house for more than 10 days?"
  • "How much does a dyed kilo cost on continuous compared with the jet?"
  • "Will we run out of dye for this week's batches?"

The gates and the routine (Dyeing and finishing)

Week 1 — the foundation

Week 1 gate: customers, services and chemicals inventory registered.

Week 2 — recipes and batches

Week 2 gate: one week of batches in the system, with the consumption of each.

Week 3 — the return and the money

Go-live gate: each shipment goes back with the right invoice and the margin per kg of each service appears. The routine (10 minutes a day): Dyehouse dashboard (reprocessing and consumption) and Third-party material (what has been stalled the longest).

Week 13Apparel manufacturing

Who it is for: the garment maker that creates the collection, buys the fabric, cuts, sews (in-house or at a subcontractor) and sells to retailers, through representatives or directly — with size and color grid.

What you have at the end: the collection planned, the tech pack with consumption by size, cutting by roll, the subcontractor through the system, output by seamstress, inventory by grid and the margin of each piece.

Rhythm: 4 weeks. In each step there are two buttons: Open in the system and See the screen's help, both in a new tab.

What to check: each seamstress (1 min per bundle): scan the bundle ticket QR, choose the operation and log the pieces · Who does it: Seamstress · Time: 5 min
  2. Quality inspection (mobile)

What to check: the inspector (10 min per lot): turn on the final inspection by sampling, state the lot size, mark the defects from the defect catalogue (a company without a catalogue taps "Bring the standard catalogue" right there; the severity of each defect decides critical/major/minor) and record with a photo; the verdict comes from the NBR 5426 standard · Who does it: Inspector · Time: 5 min

Before you start (Garment manufacturing)

  • Gather the minimum files: bank statement OFX or CSV for the last 3 to 6 months, customers and suppliers (name, CNPJ, email) and the current collection with the tech packs.
  • If you are coming from another system, the migrator brings customers, suppliers, products, chart of accounts and payables/receivables: Registers and settings ▸ Getting started ▸ Migrate from another system.
  • Do you also sell at the fair stall or in the factory store? The phone register, Pix on your key, credit, the spoken sale on WhatsApp and the fair calendar are in the block "Sells over the counter — implementation steps": follow it together with this one.
What to check: the Deliver menu shows the group for your link (Spinning, Knitting, Dyeing or Production) and BMCode has received the files.

Where garment manufacturing usually goes wrong

  • Tech pack without consumption. Without the consumption by size, the piece's cost is a guess and the fabric purchase is wrong.
  • Subcontracting by WhatsApp. A cut that goes to the subcontractor without a record disappears from inventory and there is no way to charge for the shortfall.
  • Inventory without a grid. "We have the t-shirt" is not enough: the retailer asks for the blue M.

Questions Tenkai answers after the implementation

  • "Which piece of the collection had the highest margin?"
  • "Which production orders are late?"
  • "How much cut is at the subcontractors now?"

The gates and the routine (Garment manufacturing)

Week 1 — the foundation

Week 1 gate: references with grid, price and opening inventory registered.

Week 2 — the collection

Week 2 gate: the current collection with all tech packs and the cost of each piece.

Week 3 — cutting and sewing

Week 3 gate: one complete order, from roll to finished piece, with the subcontractor through the system.

Week 4 — sale and margin

Go-live gate: the collection produced and sold through the system, with the margin of each piece. The routine (15 minutes a day): Produce it right (what is late), Pieces per seamstress (yesterday's output) and Size grid and store (what ran out).

Week 13Sewing contractor

Who it is for: the subcontract sewer that receives cuts from garment makers, sews and returns the finished piece, charging per piece or per minute.

What you have at the end: each customer's cut in your possession, each seamstress's output, pay by production and each garment maker's monthly billing without arguments.

Rhythm: 3 weeks. In each step there are two buttons: Open in the system and See the screen's help, both in a new tab.

Cut receivedSewingOutput by seamstressPiece returnedService billing

Before you start (Subcontract sewing)

  • Am I a micro-entrepreneur or an individual? Micro-entrepreneur: the service invoice is issued in the National Issuer, and the garment maker that uses Tenka sends the draft at closing. Individual (no company ID): no invoice needed; the garment maker pays with a self-employed receipt, with social security, income tax and service tax calculated, and the PDF arrives on WhatsApp and on the portal.
  • Gather the minimum files: bank statement OFX or CSV for the last 3 to 6 months, customers and suppliers (name, CNPJ, email) and the list of garment-maker customers with the price per piece.

Where subcontract sewing usually goes wrong

  • Cut without an intake record. If the cut comes in uncounted, the shortfall becomes the subcontractor's loss.
  • Output in a notebook. Pay by production and the bonus only close with daily logging.
  • Billing from memory at month end. Billing has to come from what was returned, piece by piece.

Questions Tenkai answers after the implementation

  • "How many pieces did each seamstress make this week?"
  • "How much cut from each garment maker is in the house?"
  • "How much will I bill each garment maker this month?"

The gates and the routine (Subcontract sewing)

Week 1 — the foundation

Week 1 gate: customers and services registered.

Week 2 — sewing

Week 2 gate: one week of output logged by seamstress.

Week 3 — billing and money

Go-live gate: the month's billing comes out of what was produced, and each customer's cut matches. The routine (10 minutes a day): Pieces per seamstress (yesterday's output) and Third-party material (what is late).

Week 13Clothing store

Who it is for: the clothing store (one or several) that buys from garment makers, sells at the counter with a size and color grid, handles exchanges, has a loyalty club and a card machine.

What you have at the end: the piece arriving from the garment maker through the network, inventory by grid, the register opening and closing in the system, the exchange turning into store credit and replenishment coming from what sells the most.

Rhythm: 3 weeks. In each step there are two buttons: Open in the system and See the screen's help, both in a new tab.

Before you start (Fashion store)

  • Gather the minimum files: bank statement OFX or CSV for the last 3 to 6 months, customers and suppliers (name, CNPJ, email) and the list of pieces with the grid and the price.

Where the fashion store usually goes wrong

  • Piece without a grid. Without size and color, replenishment buys what is already in surplus and runs short of what sells.
  • Exchange by word of mouth. An exchange outside the system does not return the piece to inventory nor create the voucher.
  • Garment maker's invoice typed in. Through the network, the invoice arrives ready with the grid; typed in, it gets the size wrong.

Questions Tenkai answers after the implementation

  • "Which size ran out the most this month?"
  • "Which pieces have been stalled for more than 60 days?"
  • "How much did I sell today at the counter?"

The gates and the routine (Fashion store)

Week 1 — the pieces and the inventory

Week 1 gate: pieces with grid and barcode, and the inventory counted.

Week 2 — the counter

Week 2 gate: one week of sales on the POS, with the register opened and closed every day.

Week 3 — replenishment and money

Go-live gate: the register closes without a difference, the card machine reconciles and replenishment comes from the suggestion. The owner's routine (15 minutes a week): ABC curve (what to replenish), Size grid and store (the size that ran out) and Card acquirer reconciliation (did the card machine match?).

Week 13The textile chain

Who it is for: whoever is going to put a textile operation into Tenka — spinning (cotton lint becoming yarn), knitting (yarn becoming fabric on the looms) and dyeing (own or third-party) — with the sale of yarn and fabric at the end. It also works for whoever has only one or two of these stages: skip the weeks that are not yours.

What you have at the end: every lot traceable from the bale to the customer, quality measured at each stage and the answer to "how much does it cost and how much is left on each kilo of yarn and fabric?".

Rhythm: 4 weeks, one gate per week. Each step names the screen, where it sits in the menu and what to check before moving on. Each screen's name is a link: click it and it opens in a new tab, without losing this guide.

Cotton lintYarnFabricDyeingRoll soldMargin per kilo

Who it is for: the group that has more than one link of the chain — cotton ginning, spinning, knitting, dyeing, garment manufacturing, subcontract sewing and store — each link a company (one CNPJ) within the same account, selling to each other and to outside customers.

What you have at the end: each company running its own link, one company's invoice arriving ready in the next through the network, the trail of any piece back to the cotton bale and the Group chain cockpit showing how much lint became yarn, fabric and garments, with the margin of each company and the consolidated one.

Rhythm: 6 weeks (one per link, in the order the cotton travels). In each step there are two buttons: Open in the system and See the screen's help, both in a new tab.

How the menu is organized (read before you start) (The textile chain)

Tenka separates the day's work (the six verbs) from what you register once:

Where What lives there Example in textiles
Sell funnel, proposals and customers Opportunities, Customer 360
Deliver the work the factory does Spinning, Knitting, Dyeing, Production, Supplies and inventory
Receive money coming in and going out Financial transactions, Bank reconciliation
Know numbers to decide Profitability, Management income statement, Inventory dashboard
Grow capital and network Receivables advance, Credit score
Improve people, processes and agents Employees, Digital employees
Registers and settings what you register once Customers, Suppliers, Products, Bank accounts

The textile chain screens are all under Deliver, in the groups Spinning, Knitting, Dyeing and Production.

If you cannot find a screen, use the search in the center of the top bar (Ctrl+K) with its name, or ask Tenkai "where is the blends screen?".
The textile screens only appear when the account's plan has the textile vertical add-on module turned on. If the Deliver menu does not show Spinning, Knitting and Dyeing, ask BMCode to turn the module on before you start.

Before you start (The textile chain)

  • Send the minimum files, separated by company if there is more than one:
    • bank statement OFX or CSV for the last 3 to 6 months;
    • active customers and suppliers (name, CNPJ, email) — include cotton gins, dyehouses and carriers;
    • the articles you sell: yarn counts and fabric articles, with the unit (kg, roll, meter);
    • the open cotton contracts (supplier, harvest, tons, price or basis, delivery window);
    • the looms (type, gauge, diameter) and the spinning machines.
  • If you are coming from another system, the migrator brings customers, suppliers, chart of accounts and payables/receivables: Registers and settings ▸ Getting started ▸ Migrate from another system.

Check: the Deliver menu shows Spinning, Knitting and Dyeing, and BMCode has received the files.

Where textile companies usually go wrong

  • Bale without HVI. The blend and the yarn cost depend on each bale's report. A bale without HVI enters as "blocked" and does not go into the blend — check in Bales with HVI before building the first blend.
  • Roll without the yarn lot. It is the yarn lot in production by loom that links the fabric's barré back to spinning. Without it, the customer's complaint does not reach the bale.
  • Dyehouse without a price list. Without the third-party service price list, the dyehouse billing has nothing to compare against and everything becomes a payable without checking.
  • Forgotten third-party inventory. The fabric that is at the dyehouse is your inventory: register the third party's warehouse, otherwise the fiscal × physical never closes.

Questions Tenkai answers after the implementation

  • "How much does a kilo of 30/1 combed yarn cost this month?"
  • "Which dyehouse was the most late in the quarter?"
  • "Why did the yarn margin fall in September?"
  • "Which bale did roll 4512 come from?"
  • "How much of next quarter's dollar exposure is already hedged?"

The gates and the routine (The textile chain)

Week 1 — the foundation

1.1 The account

1.2 Finance

1.3 Who buys, who sells and what is sold

Week 1 gate: users signing in, accounts and categories registered, customers, suppliers and products imported.

Week 2 — spinning (from bale to yarn)

2.1 Buying the cotton

2.2 The quality ruler

2.3 The yarn being made

Week 2 gate: one lint contract received, bales with HVI, one blend built, one week of logging on the spinning floor and one yarn report compared with the specification.

Week 3 — knitting and dyeing (from yarn to dyed fabric)

3.1 Knitting

3.2 Dyeing (own or third-party)

3.3 The lot moving through the factory

Week 3 gate: one article with the yarn recipe, one week of production by loom, inspected rolls and, if dyeing is outsourced, one dyehouse billing checked against the price list.

Week 4 — money and margin

For those who buy in dollars or sell certificates

The owner's routine (15 minutes a week): Yarn margin (what sold below cost), Dyehouse scorecard (who was late or billed wrongly) and Profitability (the margin of each stage). ✅ Go-live gate: the cost of a kilo of yarn comes out of the system, the margin of each sale appears by lot and the owner answers "how much is left on each kilo?" without a spreadsheet.

Before you start (The textile chain in a group of companies)

  • Gather the minimum files: bank statement OFX or CSV for the last 3 to 6 months, customers and suppliers (name, CNPJ, email) and the list of the group's companies with CNPJ, city and what each one does.

Where the chain usually goes wrong

  • Each company on its own system. Without the network, one company's invoice is retyped in the other and the trail breaks in the middle of the chain.
  • Transfer price without a rule. If spinning sells to knitting at any price, each link's margin is made up. Agree the rule in week 2 (yarn cost + margin) and let the cockpit warn.
  • Starting with the store. The trail is born at the bale. Follow the order of the cotton: cotton ginning and spinning first.

Questions Tenkai answers after the implementation (The textile chain in a group of companies)

  • "How much cotton lint became yarn, fabric and garments in the group this month?"
  • "Which company in the group had the worst margin in the quarter?"
  • "Which bale did this piece's fabric come from?"

The gates and the routine (The textile chain in a group of companies)

Week 1 — the group and the foundation of each company

Want to see everything working first? BMCode creates a demonstration with the seven companies (Demo Algodoeira, Demo Fiação, Demo Malhas, Demo Tinturaria, Demo Confecção, Demo Facção and Demo Loja), twelve months of operation and one login per area. It is the best place to train the team before launching the real thing.

1.1 The group

1.2 Finance and registers

Week 1 gate: the seven companies registered as units of the group, with accounts, centers and users.

Week 2 — cotton ginning and spinning (from field to yarn)

Week 2 gate: one lint lot received, blended and turning into yarn with a report.

Week 3 — knitting and dyeing (from yarn to dyed fabric)

Week 3 gate: one yarn lot becoming raw fabric, going to the dyehouse and coming back dyed, roll by roll.

Week 4 — garment manufacturing and subcontract sewing (from roll to piece)

Week 4 gate: one complete production order, from the roll received to the finished piece, with the subcontractor through the system.

Week 5 — the store and the network

Week 5 gate: one piece sold in the store with the trail open back to the bale.

Week 6 — the consolidated group

Go-live gate: the seven companies operating, the invoice passing from one to the other through the network and the group cockpit closing the month. The executive board's routine (15 minutes a week): Group chain cockpit (where yield dropped) and Profitability (which link made and which lost money).
