The anti-dumping that changes the math
Anti-dumping duty is charged per tonne, per country and sometimes per producer. Register the measure once: in the import process, “Calculate anti-dumping” finds the line by the process’s HS code, country and producer and adds the duty in BRL to the landed cost — imported fibre then competes with domestic at its true cost.

The polyester fibre measure (2026)
GECEX Resolution 910/2026 set anti-dumping duty on polyester fibre: China from US$74.98 to US$390.94 per tonne depending on the producer; India US$194.69; Thailand US$171.21; Vietnam US$297.95. On a 25 t load from China at US$390.94/t and exchange 5.40, that is R$52,776.90 more in cost — over R$2 per kg.
Suspended anti-dumping duty
Tick "Suspended" when the duty is suspended in the public interest (GECEX resolution): the row stays in the catalogue — Tenkai answers that it exists and is suspended — but it does not enter the import cost. Record the reason and the review date.
Rules
Specific producer before “others”
When there is a line for the process producer, it applies; otherwise the country line without producer (“all others”) applies. Outside validity the line does not apply. Without an exchange rate on the process, the BRL duty is not computed.
