Buying at origin, before the bale
The crop contract records what was bought from the grower or cooperative before harvest. With the area and expected yield, the list says whether the field covers the contract — expected (t) = area (ha) × lint arrobas per hectare × 15 ÷ 1000 — and how much has arrived through the receipts.

Gin HVI in the SAI format
The HVI report the gin sends can be imported with the SAI/ABRAPA column names (SAI code, UHML, UI, STR, Rd, +b): each bale comes in with its code and report, linked to the lot and crop.

When the crop does not cover
If the field’s expected volume is below the contracted tonnes, the contract is flagged: time to talk to the grower about volume, or to cover the gap with another origin before peak consumption.
