Contamination from bale to fabric
Record contamination where it appears: in the bale (receiving), in the blowroom (separator ejections), in the yarn (clearer foreign-matter cuts, Classimat classes) or in the customer’s fabric. Tenka links each record to supplier, gin and crop — and shows who contaminates and how much it costs.
How to
Why record early
A piece of polypropylene raffia found in the bale costs minutes; the same piece found in the customer’s dyed fabric costs the whole roll, the return freight and trust. The ranking shows the cost per chain point for the talk with the gin.
Rules
Supplier and gin filled in by themselves
When the bale is given, lot and supplier come from it; when the lot is given, the supplier comes from the lot. Only when there is no lot is the supplier typed. That is what makes the contamination ranking by supplier count in negotiation.
Frequently asked questions
Why does the list footer total have no currency sign?
The footer total follows the column type: a money column adds up in currency (and only shows with “Show values”); a quantity, weight or energy column adds up the plain number. This applies to every list, not only Contamination.
