What it is for
It keeps the transaction certificates (TC) that arrive with certified fibre and the ones you request when selling as certified. The large number at the top is the balance per scheme: what came in minus what went out.
Rules
Record the incoming TC
Choose the scheme, type the number the certifier issued, the kg, the lint lot that received the fibre and the supplier's certification (registered in Certifications). The certification must be valid on the TC date.
Sell as certified
Enter scheme, kg, lot and customer. "Check first" shows what blocks it without saving; "Request outgoing TC" saves the request and deducts it from the balance. When the certifier issues it, record their number on the line.
When the sale is rejected
Above the balance; supplier certification expired, suspended or not valid on the date; lot with no bale recorded; lot with no incoming TC in the scheme. The message lists all reasons at once.
The order reserves, the outgoing TC debits
A sales order with a certified line reserves the scheme balance while it has no outgoing TC: the free balance is the balance minus what open orders reserved, and the refusal shows both numbers. To request the TC of an order, type its number and click Request the order TC: one TC per scheme and lot is created, the reservation becomes an outflow and the order invoice carries the TC number in the additional information. When the certifier issues it, save the final number on the TC line.
Frequently asked questions
Can I delete an incoming TC?
You can send it to the recycle bin, except when it backs a sale already made (the balance would go negative). The TC's chained proof stays recorded and is not deleted.
Does the sales order check this balance?
Yes. A line marked as a certified sale on the order is only saved if it fits the scheme's balance. Saving the same order again does not claim the balance twice; only the increase is checked.
Why does the passport show steps from other companies?
Each company in the group records the proof of its own step (yarn, knitted fabric, dye house) and the next step points to the previous one. The passport follows that path and verifies everything, from the bale to the garment.
