The real cost of imported fiber
The process keeps the cargo, exchange rate, freight, insurance and taxes; with the cargo items the system apportions the expenses and gives the landed cost per product — to compare with domestic cotton.

How to

Stage and cancellation through ⋮
On the list, the line’s ⋮ advances the stage (with the date) or cancels the process in progress. On the form, the Cargo items tab generates the stock entry when the items’ sum matches the process value.

Rules

No exchange rate, no landed cost
While the exchange rate is not entered the landed cost is not calculated — the list says "no exchange rate" instead of assuming rate 1. Clearance before arrival is refused; a concluded process no longer changes.

Frequently asked questions

How do I create the export NF-e?
In the process Export tab, check items, the importer's country and the exchange rate, then click Create export NF-e. The invoice starts as a draft with CFOP 7101 (own production) or 7102 (resale). The DU-E can be registered later, because it is the DU-E that cites the invoice.
