What Test and repeat is for
You launch a few pieces of a style, see in 72 hours how much sold on live, website, store pickup and store, and Tenka tells you whether to repeat. The repeat starts as a draft with quantity, tech pack and target cost; it only becomes a production order when you confirm.
Rules
The rule belongs to the collection
In Collection rule you set the reading window (72 hours by default), the minimum % of the batch sold to repeat, the repeat factor (repeat = sold × factor) and the deadline for the subcontractor to answer. The test keeps the rule of the day it was launched. If the tech pack needs more fabric or yarn than is in stock, the shortfall becomes an open purchase requisition.
The replenishment ceiling
Replenishing the test batch does not exceed the forecast for each size and colour, when there is one, and the total does not exceed the item's forecast.
Frequently asked questions
The subcontractor did not answer. What now?
The offer expires at the collection deadline and shows as Expired — silence never counts as acceptance. Offer it again to another subcontractor on the list, sorted by who delivers first with free capacity.
