What is stuck
By style and store: coverage in weeks (stock divided by the pace of the last 4 weeks, register and invoiced orders), how much of what came in has sold and against the collection plan, and stock age in 0 to 30, 31 to 60, 61 to 90 and over 90 days. A suggestion appears when coverage exceeds the limit or the collection is ending.

How to

How to mark down slow-moving stock
1. Choose the store (or "All stores") and keep "Only what the rule points out" to see the suggestions. 2. On each style, see coverage in weeks, stock age, sell-through and the reason. 3. Check the suggested discount — it never goes below cost. 4. Tap "Mark down" and confirm: the till starts charging the new price. 5. On the "Marked down: before and after" tab, see whether the sales pace went up.
Unsold stock destination: declare and prove
In the Unsold stock destination tab, declare the unsold quantity of an item (up to the stock without destination) and, for each part, click Give a destination: donation with the recipient’s receipt, resale with the invoice, recycling with the waste manifest or report and the weight, reuse with a receipt or invoice. The destinations never exceed the unsold stock; what is left shows as pending.

Rules

The floor and the one tap
The discount comes from the ladder by the stock's average age and never puts the price below average cost plus the minimum margin; without a registered cost there is no suggestion, and the screen says why. Marking down creates the clearance in this store's price list, the same one the register and orders already charge, without stacking discounts; above the limit, only whoever changes Approval limits. The Marked down tab shows before and after: pieces per day, how many times the pace, revenue and stock.
The European rule against destroying unsold stock
In the European Union, the ESPR (Regulation 2024/1781, art. 25) bans destroying unsold apparel and footwear: large companies since 19/07/2026, medium ones from 19/07/2030; micro and small are exempt. Disposal is accepted only with one of the derogations (dangerous, non-compliant, intellectual property, irremovable brand, unrepairable defect, restricted chemical, nobody would take it). The year’s table by destination is what the company discloses. Brazil has no such rule; it applies to whoever sells in the EU.

Frequently asked questions

How does the screen decide what to mark down?
By coverage: how many weeks the stock lasts at the sales pace of the last 4 weeks. Past the limit, or with the collection ending, the style shows with the reason. Stock age counts from the newest receipts to the oldest. The discount respects cost and the plan floor.
