Every truck checked
Record the gin’s packing list (declared bales and weight) and what the mill counted and weighed. The weight difference is the shrinkage; the list totals shrinkage per gin in the period for the talk with the origin.
How to
Weight shrinkage
Shrinkage (%) = (packing-list weight − scale weight) ÷ packing-list weight. Positive: less arrived than declared. A missing bale in the count shows separately — it is a shortage, not moisture.

Enter the lint lot the bales went into: this way the yarn’s chain of custody runs from the truck and the gin to the customer’s CoA.

O recebimento exige o peso da balança para calcular a quebra contra o romaneio; sem ele fica em aberto e não liga ao lote. Quebra acima do histórico da algodoeira é destacada, não bloqueada.

Depende do contrato, mas a tela guarda o dado para a conversa: a quebra de peso por algodoeira acumula caminhão a caminhão. Quebra acima do histórico da algodoeira aparece destacada. Ligue o recebimento ao lote para o custo real por kg entrar na mistura.
