Yarn contract with indexed price
The base price holds on the base date, with that day’s lint, dollar and energy. Today, each index that moved changes the price by its weight: today’s price = base × (1 + lint weight × lint change + dollar weight × dollar change + energy weight × energy change).
How to
Example
Base R$ 24.00/kg with lint at R$ 10.00 and lint weight 55%. If lint goes to R$ 11.00 (+10%), today’s price is 24.00 × (1 + 0.55 × 0.10) = R$ 25.32/kg.
Rules
Weights add up to 100% at most
What remains of 100% is the fixed part of the price (margin, labour). An index without a base value does not adjust — the list shows today’s price only with what can be measured.

Os pesos de pluma, dólar e energia precisam somar 100%?
Sim: o preço de hoje é o preço-base reajustado pela variação ponderada dos três índices — pesos que não somam 100% distorceriam o reajuste. A tela não salva fora disso. O preço mostrado na lista é o de hoje, recalculado a cada abertura.
