O pedido é o compromisso
A requisition is a wish, a quote request is a competition — the purchase order is the word given: this supplier, these items, this price. It's the document against which the invoice will be checked when the goods arrive.
What this screen is
The commitment made with the winning supplier: items, quantities, amounts and deadline. The NF-e receipt is matched against the order and advances receiving (ISSUED → PARTIAL → RECEIVED).

How to

The list
Number, supplier, date, total amount and status of each order. Click the number or the supplier to open the order and see the items. The status follows the cycle: from the newly created order to fully received.

Rules

Close the loop when the invoice comes in
When the goods arrive, record the invoice in Invoice Receipt and select this order in the dropdown before uploading the XML. That matching is what checks price and quantity against what was agreed — an order without a matched receipt is a commitment without a check.
A visão salva guarda busca, filtros, colunas e ordenação
When you save a view with the Views button, it stores four things: the search text, the applied filters, which columns appear (and in what order) and which column the list is sorted by. Applying the view restores everything at once — including resetting the sort and the page you were on, so the result is exactly what the view describes. Views saved before this version remain valid: whatever they didn't store simply doesn't change when applied.

Frequently asked questions

An old order still open
An order open beyond its delivery date is goods that didn't arrive or a receipt that wasn't recorded. Both are a problem: the first is a matter of chasing the supplier, the second is stock moving outside the system.
Which question this screen answers
"Which purchase orders are open and what is still to be received?" The Status column tells the story: ISSUED hasn't received anything yet, PARTIAL received part, RECEIVED closed the cycle. What advances the status is the NF-e receipt matched against the order — receiving goods without matching the invoice leaves the order open forever. Filter by those not received and check total amount, delivery date and payment terms: it's the snapshot of the commitment made with each supplier.
Como descobrir quem mudou um campo desta ficha?
Open the record and look at the Timeline on the right: it shows each change as "from one value to another", with the person and the date. When there are many changes, use the two filters at the top of the timeline — one by field, the other by person. The search runs in the database, so old changes show up just the same. You can also ask Tenkai: "who changed contract 482?".
Can I ask Tenkai which suppliers we stopped buying from?
Yes. Ask "which suppliers have had no purchase for 180 days?" (or another number of days). A non-cancelled purchase order or a payable entered for the supplier counts as a purchase. Tenkai shows each one’s last purchase, links each name to the supplier list and says how many active suppliers never had a purchase.
