Shows the counts scheduled for today at this store. Scan the pieces with the camera: each scan adds to the right variant, and the screen says what is still left to count. The difference is applied, with the reason, on the Scheduled count screen.

1. Open "Count on the phone": the counts scheduled for today appear. 2. Tap "Start" (or "Continue", if already started). 3. Scan each item with the camera; scan again to add. 4. Check "Counted" and "With difference" and write the "Reason for the difference". 5. Tap "Apply the count".
Frequently asked questions
The phone says the code is not any piece
The label is not recognized: another supplier’s barcode, a torn label or a product without the code registered. The count does not add what it does not recognize. Set the piece aside, check the code on the product record (or ask for it to be registered) and scan again; meanwhile it stays out of the count.
I scanned a piece that was not on the count list
It enters the count with the balance the system had at that store (zero if there was none). If the expected was zero, it shows in "With difference": it is a piece from another group or store that ended up here — write that in the reason when applying, or return the piece to its place first.
"This count has already been applied" appeared
Someone has already applied this count’s difference and the stock was adjusted. Scans after that do not count. If part was not counted, ask whoever schedules counts (Scheduled count screen) for a new count of the group; it appears on the phone on the set day.
