Contato do fornecedor
Tela-âncora do dicionário do detalhe (contatos do fornecedor). Não aparece no menu.
What you find on this screen
A portrait of the screen, read from the screen itself — it changes when the screen changes.

How to
Reach the contact in two clicks
Ctrl+K → type the supplier's name → Contacts tab. The e-mail and phone used for billing and orders live there — and so does the history of who changed them.
What each contact field records
Name and Job title identify the person and their role at the supplier — useful when the same company has a sales contact and a finance contact, and you need to know whom to ask about what. Phone and E-mail are the contact channels. Active keeps the history without deleting: instead of deleting someone who left the supplier, deactivate them — the record remains for reference and makes clear who the current point of contact is.
Rules
Isto é uma âncora do dicionário, não uma tela de menu
The supplier's contacts live INSIDE the supplier record (Contacts tab). This entry exists so the data dictionary and the number trail point to the right field — that's why it doesn't appear in the menu. Looking for the contacts? Open the supplier.
A visão salva guarda busca, filtros, colunas e ordenação
When you save a view with the Views button, it stores four things: the search text, the applied filters, which columns appear (and in what order) and which column the list is sorted by. Applying the view restores everything at once — including resetting the sort and the page you were on, so the result is exactly what the view describes. Views saved before this version remain valid: whatever they didn't store simply doesn't change when applied.
Frequently asked questions
How do I add or edit a contact?
Always through the supplier record: open Suppliers, go into the supplier you want and use the contacts area of the form itself — that's where the contact is created, changed and deactivated. This screen exists as a technical anchor for the dictionary: it defines the contact's fields (name, job title, phone, e-mail, active) and so it doesn't appear in the menu. A contact doesn't live on its own; every contact belongs to a supplier.
Como descobrir quem mudou um campo desta ficha?
Open the record and look at the Timeline on the right: it shows each change as "from one value to another", with the person and the date. When there are many changes, use the two filters at the top of the timeline — one by field, the other by person. The search runs in the database, so old changes show up just the same. You can also ask Tenkai: "who changed contract 482?".
