What this screen is for
A new customer asked, in so many words: "what does this tool do, and what could I validate?". The menu doesn't answer that — it lists 650 screens without explaining any of them. Here each module says, in one sentence, the problem it solves.

A barra de cada cartão é o seu uso real
The platform has always recorded which screens each person opens. That data existed and was only shown to whoever administers the account — the bar here is that data, turned toward the user. A module you've never opened appears marked.
A sugestão só oferece o que você pode abrir
The suggested screen goes through two locks: the plan must include the module AND your profile must allow the screen. Suggesting something that gives "access denied" is worse than suggesting nothing — the person clicks, gets frustrated and learns to ignore the card.

Por que só uma sugestão por vez?
Because twelve suggestions are noise, and noise is something people learn to ignore. If the current one isn't interesting, "show another" brings the next one; after three in a row the card understands it's not the time and disappears for the rest of the session.
