Busca, visões e export direto da lista
This list runs on the standard engine: free search and column filters can be saved as named views, per user; the recycle bin keeps deleted warehouses (?excluidas=1 in the URL reopens it); and export comes out in Excel, PDF or CSV of the whole set, not just the visible page. External links also work: ?q=text and ?fd_= open the list already narrowed down — that's how a clickable total arrives here showing exactly the rows that made it up.

The three types, and why TRANSIT exists
WAREHOUSE is your idle stock. STORE is the point that sells directly. TRANSIT is what has left and not yet arrived — goods on the way to the customer, the technician or another unit. Without a transit warehouse, that material has to be in one of the other two, and then the count is always wrong somewhere: either you've already written off what is still yours, or you count as available what is inside a truck.
A visão salva guarda busca, filtros, colunas e ordenação
When you save a view with the Views button, it stores four things: the search text, the applied filters, which columns appear (and in what order) and which column the list is sorted by. Applying the view restores everything at once — including resetting the sort and the page you were on, so the result is exactly what the view describes. Views saved before this version remain valid: whatever they didn't store simply doesn't change when applied.
O erro de preenchimento aparece no campo, ao sair dele
Nas fichas, sair de um campo já dispara a conferência do que dá para conferir na hora: campo obrigatório deixado em branco e e-mail mal formado. O aviso aparece embaixo do campo e desaparece quando você começa a corrigir. Campo numérico não precisa de aviso: ele simplesmente não aceita letra enquanto você digita. Isso é conforto, não a validação final: ao salvar, o sistema confere tudo de novo do lado do servidor.
Second-quality stock
Each company has a second-quality stock, created on its own at the first inspection that grades a roll as second quality. The roll moves there with its cost, and the price comes from the second-quality price list in the "Second quality (outlet, bazaar, end of stock)" channel.
Frequently asked questions
Can I deactivate a warehouse with stock?
You can, and it stops appearing in new entries — but the balance still exists and still adds up in the company total. Deactivating closes the entry door, it doesn't zero what's inside. Before deactivating, transfer the balance to where it will live from now on; otherwise you end up with material on the books in a place nobody looks at anymore.
O mesmo item tem saldo diferente em cada depósito — está certo?
It is. The stock balance is always per warehouse: the same item can have quantity and cost in different locations (warehouse, store, transit), and the item's total is the sum of those balances. So before being puzzled by a number, check which warehouse you're looking at. Transferring between locations neither creates nor destroys balance — it generates a transfer movement that leaves one warehouse and enters the other, keeping the sum.
Como descobrir quem mudou um campo desta ficha?
Open the record and look at the Timeline on the right: it shows each change as "from one value to another", with the person and the date. When there are many changes, use the two filters at the top of the timeline — one by field, the other by person. The search runs in the database, so old changes show up just the same. You can also ask Tenkai: "who changed contract 482?".
Why can't another company in the group see this warehouse?
Because the warehouse is marked as exclusive to the company that owns it, in the Exclusive companies tab of the record. A physical place belongs to one company: the spinning mill's storeroom is not where the garment maker keeps its pieces, and one company's "Leaves from" list should not offer another company's warehouse. A warehouse with no company marked stays visible to every company in the account. To share a warehouse between two companies, mark both.
