Spinning maintenance
Plan by machine and component in running hours from the log: what is due soon, what is overdue and the machines breaking above normal.

Maintenance by real use
Each plan says after how many running hours (or days) the part is replaced. Hours come from the shop-floor log since the last replacement, so the machine that runs more falls due sooner. The screen shows the cycle consumed: on time, due soon (from 85%) or overdue.
Predictive maintenance: vibration and current
The Predictive section shows the vibration and motor current of each machine that the factory equipment sends to Tenka: the 24-hour average, the first-month baseline, the plan threshold and the status. When the average goes above the threshold, Tenka opens a work order for the maintenance technician — one per plan per week, no duplicates — and the order number appears on the row.
How to
Record the replacement
Once replaced, use "done today" on the row: the last-replacement date becomes today and the cycle restarts. To record another date, open the plan and edit "Last done on".
The numbers on top, the records below
The panel’s indicators stay at the top; below, the standard list with the records behind them — search, filters in the side panel, saved views, columns and export. Click a record to open its form.
Threshold and baseline
The threshold is yours: enter it in the machine maintenance plan (vibration in mm/s on bearings, current in A on the motor), from the maker's table or by looking at the first-month baseline. Without a threshold, the row only shows the numbers. Needles, sinkers and travellers still follow the interval in hours: without production logs, running hours come from the factory equipment itself.
Rules
Machine breaking above normal
When a machine has end breaks 1.5 times above its stage average in the last 30 days, it shows as suspect: it is almost always a worn traveller, ring, roller or setting — before it becomes a customer complaint.
The first month is collection only
Without history there is no prediction. In the first 30 days of readings of a machine (the number can be changed in the company setting) the row shows Collecting: Tenka gathers the readings to build the baseline and raises no alert, even if a threshold already exists. When collection ends, the period average is stored in the plan.
Tenka only warns
No command goes from Tenka to the machine. Above the threshold it opens the order for the maintenance technician; stopping, replacing the part or keeping it running is maintenance's decision. A reading marked as simulated comes from the demo, not from a real sensor.
Registrar a troca zera só aquele componente
A troca registrada zera as horas de marcha do componente trocado naquela máquina; os outros componentes e as outras máquinas continuam contando. Troca sem máquina e componente não é aceita.
Frequently asked questions
A manutenção venceu, mas a máquina rodou pouco. Preciso fazer?
Depende do plano: intervalo em HORAS DE MARCHA só vence quando a máquina rodou; intervalo em DIAS vence pelo calendário. Se venceu em horas é porque rodou. A máquina rompendo acima do normal é o sinal para não esperar o vencimento.
