Mark the income tax role on categories
In Categories, say how each one enters income tax: rent received, property tax and condo of the rented property, health, education, pension, work income, exempt profit. Without that this screen stays empty.
How to
Variable income in the tax return
If the household enters its stock trades, this screen gains the Variable income section: the year’s tax-free stock gain (Exempt income), the DARFs and losses month by month (the Variable Income sheet) and the 31/12 position of each asset with acquisition cost and the Assets and Rights code.
Rules
How the monthly tax is estimated
Rent received in the month minus property tax, condo and management paid by the landlord, minus the simplified deduction (if on), through the monthly table with the 2026 reducer. The payment slip is due on the last business day of the following month.
It is an estimate, not the tax return
The number helps organize the payment and the return. The official one is in the Federal Revenue systems — check there before paying.
13th salary and expenses without a holder
The 13th salary has exclusive taxation and goes in its own section of the return: record it in the "13th salary" category so it shows in its own column, not added to the salary. A deductible expense (health, education) recorded on the family instead of a person shows as "no holder": set who the family holder is (who files) in People and groups in the household, or record the expense on the person.
Income-tax dependants
The Dependants column shows whom each person declares (tick "Income-tax dependant" on the member’s form, under For whom). Each dependant deducts the legal amount per month in the monthly tax when the simplified discount is off — the two deductions do not add up — and the yearly deduction shows under the name.
Frequently asked questions
