A fila está ordenada pelo dinheiro, não pelo alfabeto
The Activity column shows how much went through the category in the last 12 months and how many entries there were. The list starts with the largest: a wrong line on a R$ 4 million category distorts the balance sheet, and the same wrong line on a zeroed category changes nothing. Review from top to bottom and stop when the amount is no longer relevant.
Width in the grid
The line moves from Deduction to Confirmed and its origin in the database becomes REVIEWED. The IFRS statement and the consolidation keep working the same way — the difference is that the number stops being an assumption and becomes traceable to who confirmed it and when, which is what the auditor asks for.

De onde vem a rubrica que já está aqui
Nobody classified anything by hand: Tenka read the name of each category in the chart of accounts and picked the most similar IFRS line — "revenue" becomes REVENUE, "tax" becomes INCOME_TAX, and whatever doesn't resemble anything becomes OTHER. It's a good starting point and a guess. This screen exists to turn it into a decision.
Por que confirmar importa, mesmo com o balanço já saindo
The IFRS statement and the group consolidation use that line right now, inferred or not — and no error appears on any screen. A category "Equipment rental revenue" classified as REVENUE, when it should be OTHER, inflates operating income in every report that comes out of here from now on. The number is wrong and looks right.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a "confirm all"?
No, and that is on purpose. Marking everything as reviewed without looking would erase the only signal that shows where there is still guesswork — after that, there is no way to find out what was checked. The batch button only reaches the natures WITH NO activity in the last 12 months: there the line item moves no number at all. Anything with money flowing through it is one line at a time.
