What Textile EPR by country is for
European countries charge whoever places apparel, footwear and home textiles on the market a producer fee (EPR) per piece or per kilo. Here you register each country’s fee, with the scheme that collects it, the source and the date you checked it, and see at the top how much the period’s exports owe, country by country.
How to
How to calculate and close the period
In the export process, enter the destination country (two letters). Here, choose the period and click Calculate: each exported item comes in by its NCM chapter (61 and 62 apparel, 63 home textiles, 64 footwear) and unit. Once checked, click Close the calculation — the period is saved and cannot be closed twice.
Rules
The fee comes from the source, never from the system
Each country sets its own fee (EU Directive 2025/1892 gave 30 months to create the textile and footwear scheme). Tenka does not invent amounts: without a rule for a country, the calculation shows no rule and blocks the closing. A rule marked as sample is fictitious, from the demo.
Reopen the closed period
Write the reason for reopening and click the open padlock on the closed period line. All lines of that period leave the closed list and the reopening shows in Reopenings, with who, when and why (also in the audit). Then fix what was needed (a rule, a shipment) and close the period again.
Frequently asked questions
Why can’t I close the calculation?
Some country exported to in the period has no rule: the calculation shows "no rule" and won’t close. Register that country’s fee with the source and the date you checked it, or check the destination country in the export process.
