Yarn proves itself in the fabric
Record the tests of each fabric lot — weight, width, shrinkage, fastness, pilling, elasticity and barré — with the YARN LOT used. The range comes from the article specification and the lot decision is recorded. When the spinner is in the same group, the test shows on its yarn lot: the customer’s voice reaches the spinner without spreadsheets.

The customer’s voice on the yarn lot
The knitting mill rejects the fabric lot for barré and records yarn lot 3107. At the spinner in the same group, lot 3107’s report now shows “fabric with barré at the customer” next to CVm and the laydown — and the 8D complaint starts with the trace ready.
From greige to finished
In the test, the "From greige to finished" group holds the dye house, the greige weight, fabric weight and width that went out and the finished ones that came back. The test fabric weight and width are the forecast; the knitting screen shows the loss and the deviation.

Reference standards
Pilling by box (ISO 12945-1), preferred for knits; shrinkage after standardised domestic washing (ISO 6330); fastness by grey scale (ISO 105); knit elasticity and elongation (ABNT NBR 12960). Record the standard in the notes when the method differs.
The chain closes in weight
Finished fabric never weighs more than the greige sent: saving refuses and asks you to check the weighings. A fabric weight or width deviation above 5% shows as out of tolerance.

Não automaticamente: o ensaio registra o resultado contra a norma e liga ao lote do fio. Bloquear ou liberar é decisão da qualidade, na situação do lote. O que a tela garante é que a reclamação do cliente e o lote conversem — a voz do cliente fica no lote.
