The energy cockpit
Four numbers: kWh per kg of the month (against target) and by area; peak demand against contracted; projected month consumption against contract volume and flexibility; energy cost per kg of yarn. And a warning when the contract expires within 6 months — time to quote in the free market.

How to

The numbers on top, the records below
The panel’s indicators stay at the top; below, the standard list with the records behind them — search, filters in the side panel, saved views, columns and export. Click a record to open its form.

Rules

Month projection and flexibility
The projection adds consumption measured up to yesterday and the average daily pace to month end. Within the contract flexibility there is no penalty; outside it, the difference settles at the spot price (PLD) — the cockpit shows the surplus or shortfall.

Frequently asked questions

What if the mill is still captive?
An ACR (captive, utility) contract also works: volume and price come from the tariff, contracted demand follows the same rule. The cockpit shows how much the same energy would cost in the cheapest free-market contract registered — the argument for migrating.
