The dyehouse on one screen
Right first time (RFT: batches approved without re-dye ÷ batches), re-dyes, average ΔE, consumption per kg (litres of water, kg of steam, kWh) and cost per kg, in total and by machine and colour. Re-dyeing is where the dyehouse margin disappears.
The overnight proposal
With the Night production planner agent hired, overnight it redoes the dyeing machine sequence with the same calculation as the Schedule button (light to dark, machine kg, washing) and leaves a proposal here, with the before and after of each lot. Nothing changes without you: confirm to apply or discard to keep today's schedule.
The first day of dyeing
The dyeing account starts with its own path on Home: this lot screen, the recipes, the lot list, the lab dip with the 555 band, restricted chemicals, the scorecard, the service invoicing, the rolls coming in and out and the customer shipment. On every screen, the help button opens the three-step guided tour.

How to

ΔE and approval
ΔE is the spectrophotometer reading against the customer standard. Up to 1.0 is usually approvable; above it, the batch is re-dyed or rejected. A colour with low RFT calls for a recipe review in the lab.
Machines now and the schedule
Register the dyeing machines with min and max kg and wash minutes. "Schedule light to dark" builds the queue of batches not yet weighed, adds a wash when it has to go back to light and suggests merging batches of the same colour. The Gantt shows the next 48 hours.
Restricted chemicals and treatment plant on the dyehouse screen
The Restricted chemicals and effluent section counts chemicals by status, shows any recipe still using a blocked one and the treatment plant's 12 months: water per kg dyed, reuse and outlet COD against the licence limit. Enter the month's reading in the form just below.
Wash recipe and batch
In the Laundry section, register the recipe: code, name, process, time, temperature, liquor ratio and expected shrinkage, then the chemicals with concentration (% on weight or g/L). A chemical blocked in the restricted substances list is rejected. In the batch, choose the recipe, the kg and the article; "Release weighing" calculates each chemical and deducts it from chemical stock.
By mode and substrate
The table splits the period’s closed batches by mode (exhaust or continuous) and by substrate (knit, woven, yarn package): kg, water, steam and energy per kg and the cost per kg at the company’s own water, steam and energy prices. This is where you see how much water the pad saves compared with the jet.
Dyes and chemicals for the queue
Choose how many days to look ahead. In-process batches not yet weighed that start in that window come in — by the machine schedule or, without a schedule, by the batch date. Each recipe is calculated for the batch kg with the same calculation as weighing (in continuous mode, by pick-up). The table shows per product: what the queue needs, the stock, what is already on open purchase order, what is short, the cost of the shortfall and the order-by date from the item lead time. Create purchase order creates the order with what is short, each product with the last supplier that sold it (one order per supplier). A product never bought before has no one to order from: the warning names it, and nothing is saved until its first purchase picks the supplier.

Rules

Batch cost per kg
Cost per kg = recipe chemicals per kg + (water in m³ × TINT.CUSTO_AGUA_M3 + steam in t × TINT.CUSTO_VAPOR_T + kWh × TINT.CUSTO_KWH) ÷ batch kg. Each re-dye adds the machine consumption again.
Each number opens its list; the alert follows your limit
Click a card number to open the batch list for the same period (re-dyes already filtered). The yellow alert on right-first-time uses the TEXTIL.FAROL_RFT_MINIMO_PCT parameter (factory default 85%); the knitting and weaving second-quality alerts use TEXTIL.FAROL_SEGUNDA_MALHARIA_PCT / TEXTIL.FAROL_SEGUNDA_TECELAGEM_PCT (5%).
Confirming is here; the deadline belongs to sales
Only those who can edit this screen confirm or discard the proposal. If it pushes back a lot's end date, the new customer deadline appears with the loss and the capacity that explain the number: after the schedule is confirmed, the person in charge of sales orders confirms the new deadline or keeps the agreed one. Nothing goes to the customer by e-mail or WhatsApp on its own.
Combine batches
The "Combine into one bath" button appears when two batches of the same colour fit together in the same machine. Only those who can edit the dyehouse panel can combine. The first batch takes the kilos of both; the other goes to the recycle bin with a trail of where it went.
Close the wash batch and outsourced laundry
At closing, enter the measured shrinkage, water, energy and whether it was right first time; the cost per kg comes from the dyehouse's water and energy rates. For an outsourced laundry, choose the shipment: the chemicals are the contractor's, the garment goes and returns through the shipment and the cost per kg is the service price.
Batch that runs short of a product
The queue is walked in the order batches enter the machine and stock is consumed along the way. The first batch that lacks the product shows as an alert above the table, with how much stock covers and whether there is an open order. A batch without a recipe, or with a recipe without items, is also flagged: without them there is nothing to weigh.

Frequently asked questions
