ReceitaA receita usada.
ArtigoO artigo tingido.
Kg*O peso da partida.
RolosQuantos rolos.

Recipes and batches
The recipe keeps how the colour is made (process, liquor, temperature, time, dyes and chemical cost per kg). The batch records each machine run: kg, consumption, ΔE and result. The dyehouse panel brings both together.

How to

Status and re-dyes
A batch approved without re-dye counts towards RFT. Each time it goes back to the machine, add 1 to "Re-dyes" and record the batch’s total consumption — the cost per kg shows the price of rework.
Yarn lot in the dyehouse too
Barré that appears only after dyeing usually comes from mixed yarn lots. Record the yarn lot on the batch: the complaint goes to spinning with the right lot.
Weighing and dispenser
In the batch, the Weighing and dispenser tab shows what the recipe says to weigh. Releasing the weighing issues the chemicals from stock; export the file to the dispenser and import what it weighed — the deviation shows per product and the actual cost adjusts. Without a dispenser, use Simulate to see the path with a sample file.
Colour: the colour difference comes from the reading
The Colour tab reads the sample (typed or from the spectrophotometer file, in the format described on the tab itself) against the recipe's target colour, using the customer's formula, and saves the batch's colour difference (ΔE) and 555 band. The colour difference is no longer typed in the record.
Batch mode and substrate
Exhaust means jet, overflow, winch and package autoclave: the material moves in the bath and the recipe uses the liquor ratio. Continuous means the pad: the fabric runs through the trough at so many meters per minute and takes the liquor by pick-up. The substrate says what goes into the bath — knit, woven or yarn package. Yarn packages are dyed by exhaust only.
Receiving the dyed yarn
In a yarn-package batch, enter the packages and kg per package (the product must match the batch kg within the weight tolerance), the grey yarn lot and the dyed yarn item. With the color approved, open the Dyed yarn tab and click Receive: the grey yarn leaves stock and the dyed yarn comes in with the same lot, for the kg that came out, with the batch cost. Only once per batch.

Rules

Partida exige máquina, receita e kg
A partida nasce com máquina, receita e quilos — é o que permite o custo por kg e o ΔE. Reprocesso é registrado na mesma partida, nunca como partida nova, para o "certo da primeira vez" ser verdadeiro.
Without a balance in the warehouse, the withdrawal is refused
Releasing the weighing, adding to the bath and saving the dispenser return take the chemicals out of the batch warehouse. If the warehouse has no balance of a product, nothing is withdrawn and the message says which product is missing: receive it or transfer it to the warehouse and try again.
Continuous: speed, pick-up and time
In continuous mode the batch saves only with the process, the speed and a pick-up between 30% and 150% (the recipe’s applies if the batch has none). Auxiliaries in g/L are calculated from the liquor the fabric took plus what was left in the trough — that is why continuous uses far less salt than the jet. Without a typed time, it comes from the meters divided by the speed.

Frequently asked questions

A partida reprocessou. O custo por kg dobra?
Soma: água, vapor, energia e químico do reprocesso entram na mesma partida, e o custo por kg sobe na proporção. Por isso o painel separa "certo da primeira vez" — o reprocesso é o maior custo escondido da tinturaria. O ΔE registra o motivo.
Does the loss I declare on the batch leave stock?
Yes, right away. When you save an APPROVED in-house batch, the declared loss leaves the stock of the batch article, with the weighing date and the yarn lot. If you reopen the batch, delete it or change the loss, stock is adjusted by the difference — it is never written off twice. It is not written off here: yarn-on-cone batches (the dyed-yarn receipt already leaves the loss out), batches that record dyeing done by a third party (the loss is in the shipment) and customer material the company does not keep in stock. If there is not enough balance and refusing outflows without balance is on, the batch is saved and the warning says why the loss did not leave.
Does the loss of in-house finishing leave stock?
Yes, right away — that is the default. When you save an in-house finishing pass (stenter, compactor or calender, with no shipment to a third party), the loss declared on it leaves the batch article’s stock, with the execution date. If the pass is deleted or the loss decreases, stock is adjusted by the difference. An outsourced pass is not written off: its loss is in the shipment. If you prefer to only check the finishing loss in the monthly closing in kilograms, turn off the parameter "Dyehouse: in-house finishing loss leaves stock right away" in Parameters; when it is off, new passes do not touch stock and their loss is still added in the closing.
