Form fields

How to

How to use
1. Choose the lot and the finishing machine. 2. Leave blank what follows the machine register and fill in only what changed in this pass. 3. Enter the input weight, the output weight and the loss. 4. After washing, record the measured shrinkage and compare it with the forecast.

Rules

Weight that balances and shrinkage
Blank settings come from the machine record (dyehouse screen). Output plus declared loss cannot exceed input. Predicted shrinkage comes from the machine rule and the overfeed; compare it with the value measured after washing. Outsourced points to the processing shipment.

Frequently asked questions

Why was saving refused saying the output exceeds the input?
Output plus declared loss cannot exceed the weight that went into the machine. Check both weighings: it is almost always the input from another lot or the output weighed while still wet.
