Uma boa história cabe numa frase
The story field asks for a concrete sentence, not generic praise. Compare: "congratulations on the effort" tells nothing; "stayed up all night to deliver the customer's go-live without bringing anything down" tells what happened, when and why it mattered. It is this kind of sentence that the wall shows — from whom to whom, with the company value highlighted when you choose one. The value is optional; the story is not, because kudos without a story does not get published.

The sentence is mandatory, and it is what makes the recognition worth something: "well done" says nothing to whoever reads it later or to whoever receives it. Describe what the person did — the fact, not the praise.

Your name does not appear in the list of recipients. It is the only restriction on who can receive: any colleague in the company can, from any area.
