Lines of a purchase order: item, quantity, unit price and how much has already been received through the NF-e receipt. — this is the role of the "Purchase order items" screen within the platform.
As linhas do pedido, dentro do próprio pedido
This screen catalogs the purchase order lines — item, quantity, unit price, line total and how much has already been received. In normal use you don't open it on its own: the lines appear and are edited in the "Items" section within the purchase order itself. The record here exists to give the grid its dictionary (columns, labels and this help) — the day-to-day path is to open the order in Purchase orders and work the items there.

Received: the link with the NF-e entry
The Received column shows, line by line, how much the NF-e receipt has already matched against the order — it's what explains a PARTIAL order: some lines arrived, others didn't. Item and Description go together: when you choose a stock item, description and unit come from the item record when left blank; if you fill them in, your text prevails. Unit is the purchase unit of that line — the same one the supplier will read.
O que a grade de itens oferece
The order items grid has free search, column filters and saved views per user; the choice and order of columns are also saved for you. A removed row goes to the grid's recycle bin and can be restored. You can select several rows and change a field at once (batch edit) and export the grid as a tabular PDF — with money amounts obeying the profile's "View Amounts" permission, including in the exported file.

Access is governed by profile: whoever administers the account grants "view" (and the other verbs) on the Access screen. If someone on the team cannot find this screen in the menu, the path is to ask the administrator for the grant — absence from the menu is not a bug, it is permission.
Total da linha e total do pedido: calculados, nunca digitados
The line total is always quantity × unit price — the system calculates it on saving. And every addition, edit or removal of a line recalculates the parent order's total amount, summing the live lines: the number the order list shows never falls behind what the items say. Watch out for blanks: a blank quantity assumes 1 and a blank unit price assumes 0 — check both before saving the line so the total isn't born wrong.
A visão salva guarda busca, filtros, colunas e ordenação
When you save a view with the Views button, it stores four things: the search text, the applied filters, which columns appear (and in what order) and which column the list is sorted by. Applying the view restores everything at once — including resetting the sort and the page you were on, so the result is exactly what the view describes. Views saved before this version remain valid: whatever they didn't store simply doesn't change when applied.
O erro de preenchimento aparece no campo, ao sair dele
Nas fichas, sair de um campo já dispara a conferência do que dá para conferir na hora: campo obrigatório deixado em branco e e-mail mal formado. O aviso aparece embaixo do campo e desaparece quando você começa a corrigir. Campo numérico não precisa de aviso: ele simplesmente não aceita letra enquanto você digita. Isso é conforto, não a validação final: ao salvar, o sistema confere tudo de novo do lado do servidor.

Não consigo adicionar itens — por quê?
The most common reason: the order hasn't been saved yet. The lines are children of the order and need the parent to be saved — the screen warns "Save the parent record before adding items". Save the header (the supplier is required) and the items section becomes available. And rest assured about the trail: every addition, edit or removal of a line goes into the order's timeline, field by field (from → to) — you can audit later who changed what.
Como descobrir quem mudou um campo desta ficha?
Open the record and look at the Timeline on the right: it shows each change as "from one value to another", with the person and the date. When there are many changes, use the two filters at the top of the timeline — one by field, the other by person. The search runs in the database, so old changes show up just the same. You can also ask Tenkai: "who changed contract 482?".
