Lines of a purchase requisition: the stock item (or a free-text description), the unit and the quantity requested. — this is the role of the "Requisition items" screen within the platform.
As linhas da requisição, dentro da própria requisição
This screen catalogs the lines of the purchase requisition — the item requested, the unit and the quantity. Day to day you don't open it on its own: the lines appear and are edited in the "Items" section within the requisition itself. The record here exists to give the grid its dictionary (columns, labels and this help); the normal path is to open the requisition in Purchase requisitions and build the items there, before sending it for approval and quotes.

How to

Chegar aqui sem navegar o menu
Ctrl+K opens the screen search from anywhere in the platform: type part of the name (catalog synonyms also count) and go straight there. For those who use this screen often, it's the shortest path.
Esta ajuda alimenta o assistente
This content doesn't only serve the "?" button: Tenkai uses this screen's help as context when answering questions about it. Good content here becomes a good answer there — and the company can add its own items to the factory ones.
Unidade e Observação: o que evita cotação errada
Unit is the unit in which the quantity is expressed — box, kilo, unit — and it's what the buyer and the supplier will read: asking for 10 without saying whether they're boxes or units is the classic mistake this column prevents. The line's Note carries the context that doesn't fit in the description (reference brand, accepted equivalent, urgency). The clearer it is here, the less back-and-forth between requester and buyer.
O que a grade de itens oferece
The grid has free search, column filters and saved views per user; the choice and order of columns are saved for you. A removed row goes to the grid's recycle bin and can be restored from there. You can select several rows and change a field at once (batch edit) and export the grid as a tabular PDF. Every addition, edit or removal of a row goes into the requisition's timeline, field by field (from → to).

Rules

Quem enxerga esta tela
Access is governed by profile: whoever administers the account grants "view" (and the other verbs) on the Access screen. If someone on the team cannot find this screen in the menu, the path is to ask the administrator for the grant — absence from the menu is not a bug, it is permission.
Item do estoque ou descrição avulsa — os dois valem
Each line accepts two ways of asking: choosing an item from the stock catalog or just describing what you want (one-off purchase, not registered). When you choose the item, description and unit come from its record when left blank — if you fill them in, your text prevails. A blank quantity assumes 1. A well-described line saves a round trip: it's what the buyer will read when getting quotes from suppliers.
A visão salva guarda busca, filtros, colunas e ordenação
When you save a view with the Views button, it stores four things: the search text, the applied filters, which columns appear (and in what order) and which column the list is sorted by. Applying the view restores everything at once — including resetting the sort and the page you were on, so the result is exactly what the view describes. Views saved before this version remain valid: whatever they didn't store simply doesn't change when applied.

Frequently asked questions

Que pergunta do dia a dia se responde aqui
When the need is "Requisition items", this is the screen. The assistant (Tenkai) answers questions about it using exactly this help content as context.
Não consigo adicionar itens — por quê?
The most common reason: the requisition hasn't been saved yet. The lines are children and need the parent to be saved — the screen warns "Save the parent record before adding items". Save the header (the title/subject is required) and the items section becomes available. And the trail stays: every addition, edit or removal of a line is recorded in the requisition's timeline — you can see later who changed the quantity and when.
Como descobrir quem mudou um campo desta ficha?
Open the record and look at the Timeline on the right: it shows each change as "from one value to another", with the person and the date. When there are many changes, use the two filters at the top of the timeline — one by field, the other by person. The search runs in the database, so old changes show up just the same. You can also ask Tenkai: "who changed contract 482?".
