Para que esta tela existe
Physical stock count: record what was counted per item and, on applying, the difference counted − expected becomes a stock adjustment with the calculation trail open. — this is the role of the "Inventories" screen within the platform.
How to
Busca, visões, lixeira e export do motor
This list runs on the standard engine: free search and column filters that can be saved as named views, per user; a recycle bin for deleted inventories (?excluidas=1 in the URL reopens it); column preferences per user; and export in Excel, PDF or CSV of the whole set, not just the visible page. The URL also accepts ?q=text and ?fd_= — an external link opens the list already narrowed down, useful for pointing straight to the inventory of a specific count.
Count by grid
In the inventory record, choose the item with a grid: a window opens with one field per size and color and the balance beside it. Save adds the count lines to the inventory.
Rules
The four states, and the only one that touches the balance
OPEN is the inventory created, still without a count. COUNTING is the count in progress — you can enter it bit by bit, without locking the stock. APPLIED is the only one that CHANGES THE BALANCE: in it the platform generates an adjustment movement for each discrepancy, with the inventory as source, and that's what leaves a trail of who counted what. CANCELLED discards the count without touching anything.
An inventory that closes perfectly on everything deserves suspicion
A discrepancy is the normal result of an honest count: item at a repair shop, internal use without an issue, breakage, typing error. An inventory with zero differences on every item almost always means someone copied the system balance into the count column instead of counting the shelf — and then the count cost time and proved nothing. The value of the screen lies precisely in the rows that don't match.
A visão salva guarda busca, filtros, colunas e ordenação
When you save a view with the Views button, it stores four things: the search text, the applied filters, which columns appear (and in what order) and which column the list is sorted by. Applying the view restores everything at once — including resetting the sort and the page you were on, so the result is exactly what the view describes. Views saved before this version remain valid: whatever they didn't store simply doesn't change when applied.
Open the record and look at the Timeline on the right: it shows each change as "from one value to another", with the person and the date. When there are many changes, use the two filters at the top of the timeline — one by field, the other by person. The search runs in the database, so old changes show up just the same. You can also ask Tenkai: "who changed contract 482?".
Does a line I added by hand come with the expected quantity?
Yes. When you save the line, the system puts the item's balance in the inventory warehouse (of the color and size, when the line has them) as the expected quantity. A line brought by "load from warehouse" or by the size grid does not change.
