What it's for
Invoice generated → charge issued at the gateway → link/boleto goes to the client → payment comes in → AUTOMATIC settlement via webhook. Accounts receivable runs without double entry.

Configuration
Provide the API key for your environment (sandbox for testing, production for real) and the webhook secret — the system validates the signature of every notification received (anti-fraud).
Collection sequence
Overdue? The delinquency sequence sends escalating reminders, and the AI estimates the risk per client BEFORE chronic delinquency sets in.
Reconciliation continues
The automatic settlement marks the invoice; the bank RECONCILIATION (OFX statement) confirms the money reached the account. These are two layers — use both.
