Form fields
Contaminação declaradaPolipropileno, fibra colorida, óleo… vista no recebimento. Preencher bloqueia o fardo.

Every bale with its report
The list shows all bales with HVI side by side. Filter by category, status and lot to see what is available for the next laydown. The bale tag can be read by the phone camera.
How to
What each HVI number decides
Micronaire decides fineness and barré; UHML and uniformity decide the count you can spin and short fibre; strength decides yarn RKM; Rd and +b decide colour and dyeing; trash decides blowroom waste.
Spinning glossary — from cotton to yarn
Micronaire: fibre fineness and maturity (µg/inch). UHML: mean length of the longer half of the fibres (mm). SFI: short fibre index. Laydown: the set of bales feeding the blowroom. Card: opens the fibres and forms the sliver. Drawframe: evens the slivers. Comber: removes short fibres (noil). Roving frame: drafts the sliver into roving. Ring frame: twists the roving into yarn on the spindle. Winder: rewinds onto cones and the clearer cuts faults.
Spinning glossary — yarn quality
Count (Ne): how many 840-yard hanks weigh one pound — Ne 30 is finer than Ne 20. CVm: mass irregularity along the yarn (%). IPI: imperfections per km — thin (−50%), thick (+50%) and neps (+200%). Hairiness (H): loose fibres out of the yarn. RKM: yarn tenacity (cN/tex). Classimat: classification of rare faults into 45 classes. Percentile: the result’s position on the world scale (25% = better than 75% of production). Cpk: the process capability of staying within specification.
Upload the origin report PDF
In the bale's origin report, attach the lab PDF to the report itself. The file goes to the company's documents and stays linked to that report.
Receive the bale by QR on the phone
On the phone, in Spinning report, scan the QR or type the code: the bale is found by QR, ID, number or SAI.
Rules
Bale status
Available goes into the next laydown; Reserved is already in a draft laydown; Consumed left in the yarn work order; Blocked waits for quality (declared contamination). Status changes by itself when the laydown closes and when the order consumes it.
Bale permanent ID and label
A bale with the 20-digit SAI code uses the ABRAPA code; without it, the SSCC from the company's GS1 prefix (the same numbering as boxes). "QR label" downloads the PDF for the thermal printer, and the QR opens the bale's public page: HVI report, fibre origin and chain of proof, with "verify now". Never price, cost or internal documents.
Fibre origin: the report on the bale and the worst case
In the bale record, the Fibre origin tab keeps the origin report — stable isotope, DNA marker or documentary — with lab, number, date, declared origin, result and the document in the DMS. The status follows the worst case: a lot (blend) is verified only when every bale has a confirming report; one bale without a report leaves the lot estimated, and a contradicting report leaves it diverging. The garment passport shows this status.
Frequently asked questions
Quem reservou?
Uma mistura em preparação. Abra a situação do fardo: ela aponta a mistura e quem a criou.
Does the US law require isotope or DNA tests?
No. The UFLPA presumes forced labour in Xinjiang fibre and requires the importer to trace the chain, with each link’s documents. An isotope or DNA report is market evidence that strengthens that tracing — US Customs itself says the test alone is not enough. That is why Tenka keeps the report together with the bale’s trail to the garment.
